Impressive
Best for personal use, transfer speed also good

Go for it - 4tb is good for backup
Speed - 150+ mbps (ports matter usb 2.0 will give 30-35 mbps) plug it without extension cables or hubs directly into the motherboardDurability - yet to seeBetter than portable hdds - why? Because if anything goes wrong with the case you can open it and use the hdd with pibox sata to usb which isn't the case with portable hdds.Portability - Well keep it in a backpack and take it anywhere but just don't shake it too much.Lifespan - This is a desktop hdd, it'll last up to 10 years on moderate use.Packaging - Cardboard support was necessary to reduce the bounce while in transport if it was bubble wrap it might bounce too much and damage the hdd inside. Cardboard support on the other hand absorbs the impact and deforms without bouncing back. Still I think it could have been a bit better.

Very good but have few downside
In this increasing price market this is one of the great choice. When i connected it with correct port it gave me transfer speed of 180mb/s.The only downside is it needs an additional power supply, which is risky because if your power supply cut of during copy or move command, i dont know how it will handle that. Additionally if you loose or damage its charger then it can be a trouble.

Disappointing warranty experience
I purchased this hard drive only a few months ago, and it has already stopped being detected by my computer. The LED turns on, but the drive doesn’t show up, and it sometimes starts beeping. What has been even more disappointing is the warranty/data recovery process. Instead of a straightforward replacement or service, I’m being asked to send the drive through their in-lab recovery process-we need to send it to Netherlands bearing Custom, taxes etc costs- All potential customs duties, taxes and other charges not covered by the warranty.A warranty should provide peace of mind, but this experience has made me reluctant to buy this product again or recommend it to others. I expected much better reliability and after-sales support from a brand like Seagate.

Hard disk capacity very nice
This product is so heavy and not travel friendly

This is not 7200RPM drive, beware!!
Listing in amazon says its 7200 RPM, but it will comes with 3.5 5400 RPM SMR drive (barracuda) which is slower comapred to desktop 7200 drives, Wt* amazon ?this is a bummer as the drive need extra 12v power supply to run a 5400 rpm drive which is slightly faster than regular laptop 2.5 hdd that doesn't need extra 12v supplyOther than this inaccurate details, speed is decent, it heats up at about 50C on continuous usage
User
Disappointed
I received an open package. The hard drive makes a very loud scratching noise even when nothing is copying or being read.

Depolama için fiyat performans ürünü
3.1,ya da 3.2 olmaması dezavantaj gibi dursada depolama yapacaklar için çok gerekli özellikler değil elbette bu durumda fiyata pozitif yansımış.
