It does nice, smooth cuts. You can cut a few sheets of regular paper at a time. For photo paper, I prefer to do one sheet at a time. Helpful

Exactly as described by the seller and the quality of this paper cutter is also good. It looks same like its shown in the photo. Also it has sharp and secured blade to cut your papers smoothly. For me it really serves the purpose.
