As advertised. Kind of tricky to assemble but you will get the hang of it - push the screws through to align holes and hand tighten the corresponding nuts. I turned on side to make it easier. Plenty of room between shelves and looks great on desk.

This organizer was a snap to assemble. I had just labored for 4 hours on a filing cabinet bought from Walmart, so doing this little desktop item was a breeze, it took 10 minutes max. Once assembled, it is sturdy and looks awesome on my Pottery Barn desk. It was worth it to spend more on a quality one than $10 less for something plastic or of cheap wood. Totally satisfied.
