How do you turn it on?

Do Not Waste Your Money!! The laser does NOT follow a true bore line in the barrel. It was off 16 inches at twenty feet. The very objective of this item is to assist you in sight adjustment on your handgun. I turned the laser 180 degrees, so it would be in an opposite position in the chamber and it was exactly the same in the opposite direction. I bought four lasers for four different handguns. None of them were even close. I have been a shooter for over fifty years and know what I am doing. Apparently, our friends on the other side of the Pacific do not!

Will this work with a kriss vector 9mm?

This should work in any 9 mm action. Some have mention that this laser site can get stuck and be hard to remove. Mine did get stuck, but easily removed by opening the breech and using a pencil or stuck to push out. I would recommend not letting the bolt slammed forward, it allowed to drop under control, but fully. I found my site to be perfectly centered, ie: regardless of its rotational axis, the dot was always in the same place.
