Perfect Protection for Squats and Hip Thrusts

This Gymreapers squat pad is a game changer for my workouts. I mainly use it for hip thrusts, and it makes such a big difference in comfort. It provides great cushioning and really helps protect my hips from bruising and soreness. The pad is thick, soft, and stays in place on the bar, so I don’t have to keep adjusting it during my sets.
