I use black seed oil daily. Others brand was very strong and kinda burn throat. This brand is smooth and works great. Love it in coffee.

This product has 500 mg of C, 268 mg of E, Cooper. Lutein 10mg, Zeaxanthin 2 mg.

Can't tell if it's working
I purchased this product because I have diabetes and want to keep my vision in good standing. The use of this medication is preventative if anything. Can't really tell if it's working as my vision has not improved or changed. It's Pure Encapsulations so I believe it's a quality product for use as intended.
