Keeping calms is needed these days and this is a great delcious way to do it!
This is the most amazing product. Works on the nervous system in a calm and efficient way. Keeps me calm and helps my sleeping as well as my digestion. Great price and this amount lasts a long time so pricing is good. A teaspoon or two in warm water keeps the doctor away. In other words it is a piece of cake.

Must have, we won’t go a night without Calm Magnesium powder. The raspberry taste good, helps you stay regulated and promotes good sleep.

Get it. Don’t hesitate.
It does exactly what I need it to do. Flavor is tolerable at best but I can’t complain. I have severe migraines and a new medicine has caused me to have some tummy issues. Took this one night and I felt better in the morning. If I skip my calm I notice it. The only side effect I have is one that I want, morning ummm…movements. So I give it a 5 star just for that. You need to mix a serving in a bit of hot water first to get it to mix well. It’s not as soluble in cold water, but it is possible. Then I top it with a beverage of my choice. Today was a splash of pineapple juice, half a lemon and I topped it with Perrier water. Most nights I just add it to tart cherry juice because that aids in sleep too. Overall. Great product.

Perfect natural sleep remedy
My husband and I started regularly using this to help us sleep. It’s a GAME CHANGER! I have tried melatonin and it gave me nightmares. This is one of the only natural remedies I’ve tried for sleep that has actually worked and doesn’t give me bad dreams. This, along with our healthy sleep hygiene regimen has done the trip! Highly recommend

Ok, but not great taste.
We use this brand of magnesium in all its forms (capsule, gummy, this powder). This order is ok, but if you are modifying the dose you also have to adjust the amount of water. It's not an unpleasant taste - similar to berry lemonade, but it does have a slight aftertaste and isn't exactly the most pleasant. It's nice if you can't swallow a pill and don't care for gummies. It has worked for raising and maintaining magnesium levels and seems to help with sleep and digestive regulation. Dissolves well even in cold water.
