Quality Tumbler at a great price
This is probably the best bottle I have ever purchased. I was looking for something that would arrive fast and this one jumped out at me. I thought it looked really nice. Needless to say, it looks even better in person. It was a very nice surprise. It's very sleek looking and well constructed. Perfect size for me in terms of volume, and overall how it fits and feels in my hand. The insulation of the glass is great as well. With hot water inside, the outside gets slightly warm, but no where near being uncomfortable to hold. The caps are well constructed as well. Easy to open, great seal. I also love that each cap can screw into whichever end of the bottle. I have had this for 1 day and was extremely pleased with my first use. I'd highly recommend this to anyone

Great cup all around, give us better gaskets!
The Pure Zen Tea Tumbler with Infuser is a well-made and functional tea mug. The double-wall glass construction keeps the exterior from getting too hot to the touch, which is a great feature. I appreciate the versatility of being able to position the strainer on either the top or bottom by simply turning the tumbler. The included protective sleeve is a nice touch, adding extra convenience and protection. However, there are a few downsides. The tumbler tends to leak a bit when you flip it from top to bottom, which can be a bit of a hassle. It would also be more convenient if the tumbler were slightly wider for easier cleaning. Additionally, the product could benefit from more replacement gaskets or improved gaskets to ensure a snug fit and reduce leaks caused by improper screwing. Overall, it’s a good quality tumbler with some room for improvement. If you’re looking for a versatile and stylish tea infuser bottle, this one is worth considering.

Keeps Tea Hot
Gifted these to my friends who love them. This product makes drinking tea on the go easy and keeps tea hot. The caps on both ends makes it convenient to fill and clean. I have an older one from a different company, but the style on that has one cap that is rounded. I’m envious of the design on this one, which allows you to rest it on either end. Great product. Might buy one for myself soon.

No Leaks YET, Holds very little liquid for its size, Filter Seam Open
I went looking for a way to make cold brew Iced Tea myself. and came across Pure Zen Tea Tumbler with Infuser. From the description and reviews it seemed like just the thing I wanted. It arrived very well packed and seemed like a quality product. The first thing that struck me is that it was very easy to use... Put your loose tea in the filter... attach the filter to the cap, put on the cap, fill with water, put on the other cap and put it in the frig. Simple simple Simple... I must say that the tea that came from the process was quite good. I'm looking forward to trying different kinds and flavors of tea over the summer months. So a few issues that I did come across. First, you can't put the caps or filter in the dishwasher, the glass can be however. I think that it should be a fairly simple task to make the whole thing dishwasher safe, but that's not really a big issue. The next is the outside size of the glass "Bottle". It gives the impression that it should hold more liquid than it actually does.... I can only get a little over 10 oz of water into the infuser (Rough guess based on whats left in a 16 oz bottle of water) this is due to the double wall design that supposed to keep the liquid colder for longer. While this may indeed be true, it doesn't hold enough that you would be having it sit around for very long. Make the whole thing a little bigger so that it will hold a standard 16oz and that would be much better. One tip I will pass on.... When filling, stop at the half way point. Pick up the bottle and lightly tap the end Cap (filter side down) on the counter top. This will release any air trapped inside the filter. Repeat until you don't see air coming out of the filter and then fill it the rest of the way up. The biggest issue I have is with the filter itself. Its constructed of a bit of meshed stainless steal formed into a cylinder with a mesh cap on one end. The other end is opened with threads pressed into it. These threads screw into one of the end caps. The problem is with the seam that runs along the side of the cylinder where the ends of the side of the filter meet... This seam is only welded at the top and bottom ends, allowing the center of the seam to flex, particularly when gripping the filter to attach it or remove it... The seam, being not completely sealed, contributed to bits of tea leaves escaping the filter. Over time I can see this leaking getting worse if your not extremely careful when you grip the filter. These are observations of the product that I have made over the short time I have been using it.. Some of them may be trivial to someone else, they are MY impressions... Its not perfect, so I took off one star. It actually does what it is supposed to do, and I will update this review if anything else, good or bad, comes to my attention.... *UPDATE 8/7/2019*: I contacted, via email, by a representative of Pure Zen Tea. They were very apologetic over the issue I was having with the filter. They explained that it is supposed to be welded the entire length of the seam, and mine was a defect in that process. I was sent 2 new filters, and a new filter end cap. These 2 filters are sealed properly and I will see if that reduces the amount of "leaked leaves". I must say that their customer service is excellent and look forward to using the product

Solid infuser!!!
Well thought out design as well as overall functionality. I’d purchase several for safe keeping if it were only larger so that can sip fresh, loose tea throughout the day, but overall a very nice infuser.

Good bottle, quality is “eh” --- Customer service is superb
Okay so I bought this in April and wanted to give it a long test run before I made a comment. Too often I look at reviews and people are giving a review after days of ownership, too soon to really make a decision anyways I digress. Pros: Glass quality is good, I made tea hot let it infuse and then put it in the freezer for a bit to get it a tad cool. The glass stood up to the temperature changes well. The bottle looks good and the stainless steel caps are nice. Cons: after about two months of regular use the black caps on the inside of the bottle gave way and started being stuck to the bottle making it impossible to drink anything. I can glue it back but I didn’t buy a product to work on it. I bought a product that’s suppose to do its job. Anyways, I glued it back and keep using it and it seems to be holding up well. The bamboo looking case: it’s cheap, like I’m sure if I had a five year old daughter she’d do a crafts project with better quality. Don’t plan on ever using it. The paper peeled out just getting to the bottle. The rubber seals (washers) are a bit tough to get out and clean and you really should clean them!! Overall I would buy this again but for a bottle that’s $27 it should be better. Edit: After my review I was emailed by Laura and they sent me a new set of lids, those apparently didn't get to me so they sent out a second set which I received. The new lids are much better and I have updated this review to reflect how amazing their customer service was.

Excellent tea thermos...convenient, portable...but the seals are a pain
This is a well-designed product that is value for the money. Teas stays hot for hours. The neoprene sleeve is great for protecting the double-walled glass while traveling; I've had this on a number of international trips. It slips into my messenger bag, I carry it on top of my roller suitcase. But...the silicone seals in the two endocaps - especially the one in the cap with the screw-on infuser - are less than effective. I'm an engineer, so I don't mind fussing with something to get it to work properly. But the number of times I've had to remove the seals and reseat them to get a proper seal on the bottle is unacceptable. The problem isn't the seals themselves. In my opinion, the problem lies with the adhesive used to attach the infuser mount to the end cap. That adhesive appears to degrade with the introduction of boiling water, allowing the endcap to shift slightly and causing the seal to slip. Every time I remove the endcap and reseat the seal, voila! But that usually happens after I tilt the unit to drink and a teaspoon of tea dribbles out of the endcap onto my shirt... I've bought some higher-temperature adhesive and re-attached the infuser mount to its endcap. No more leaks. Vendor, please improve the adhesive quality and you'll have a wonderful product. UPDATE: Traveling in China with this product and the seal has failed again. There appears to be a design flaw in the cap with the infuser mount. The infuser is not aligned properly in the glass cylinder after hot water is added - even though it was aligned properly (straight) when I screwed the cap onto the glass cylinder. The only thing that could be happening is that hot water is getting underneath the infuser stand, causing pressure to build and force the infuser stand off its mount. Nothing like making hot tea on high speed rail and then wearing a couple of tablespoons of hot liquid as I start to drink... UPDATE 2: Company sent me new lids and infuser. Testing right now, no leaks. Grateful for the support. I use this product daily when traveling. Just back from 2 weeks with it in China, addicted to the ability to have hot tea conveniently available for travel days as well as while sitting in park with laptop.

Best tea infuser but with a catch.
Best infuser I have used. Very portable and easy to use. The glass is thin, so be careful. The silicone inside both caps are easy to clean, but very susceptible to mold. Clean silicone often. This bottle can have negative pressure, when drinking the tea as it cools, you need to open it slowly.

Great product, well made
I am always very busy, and I have little time to stop and make tea or even stay hydrated. I love this tea tumbler and use it several times a day as a very quick way to make healthy alternatives to sugar loaded drinks. The tumbler is easy to use, both at home and at the office, and really easy to clean as both lids can be removed. The strainer keeps all the tea leaves inside unlike the flimsy mugs with only a small filter at the top. No leaks so far. Overall, I enjoy this tumbler. It encourages me to drink tea more often :-) The travel sleeve is an added bonus and it protects the glass. I highly recommend it for any tea drinker, and I’ll definitely buy more as gifts.

Poor build quality
Major issue is the tea strainer doesn't fit onto the lid properly and no matter how you try to screw it on, it ends up being crooked (as shown in photo). Additionally, unsure if it is a manufacturing defect of the cup or I haven't gotten used to using it yet, but it will occasionally leak and I will have to readjust the gasket to ensure a proper seal. To be quite honest, never had to fiddle with the gasket in other bottles. Expected better quality for this price.
