Hot Tools Pro Artist Black Gold One Step Replacement Attachment | Pro Drying & Styling (Large)

I have used the hot tools brush dryer for the past three years. It’s been one of the best I’ve owned. I have replaced the brush about five times since then. The dryer gets pretty hot which unfortunately seems to bend the bristles flat after prolonged use. So every 4-5 months I replace the brush head. At the same time I like the dryer because it gets hot enough and I can style my shoulder length curly hair in 10 minutes! And it looks like I came from the salon. I wish the bristles would hold up longer. Also including a heat glove would be a great addition. All in all I am pleased with this dryer and happy I can replace the brush head without having to purchase a new unit.

Not impressed with this hot tools replacement head, the bristles were so much smaller and definitely more fragile than the original, the bristles are all falling out after only a couple of uses. Will definitely not be purchasing again!

I purchased the Hot Tools blow out hair dryer after wearing out two revlon dryers. I was hoping since the item was purchased through my stylist, I may find better luck with the Hot tools version. I loved how the brush was detachable and allowed for deeper cleaning of the brush. Unfortunately after almost daily use, the brush began loosing bristles just as my others had. So I turned to Amazon to find my next blowout dryer, since even though they don’t seem durable, I still love the convenience/ease of use of these products. I was just resigned to the fact that I would be replacing my dryer about every 6 to 9 months with heavy use, so I was extremely excited when I came across this replacement brush. It arrived quickly and snapped on perfectly. At 30 to 35 dollars, This is a cheaper option than replacing it with either a new revlon or hit tools unit. I must say, the detachable brush is also great for travel as I can break down this dryer and it easily fits in my train case.
