I decided to buy this harness because of the guilt I had when my family and I would hangout in the backyard with the dogs while my bird was in her cage/or hanging out in the house. She deserves outdoor time too! This harness is well secure on my bird, made well, the right amount of length for your bird to roam around, and it’s cute!!! Buy it if you want to take your bird places/or take it anywhere outside!

My bird loves it

I bought this leash specifically because the description claimed it would fit a Green Cheek Conure, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. The harness is way too big and doesn’t adjust small enough to safely or comfortably fit my bird. I tried several times to make it work, but it just slips right off or hangs awkwardly. Really disappointed because I was excited to start harness training, but now I’ll have to look for a better-fitting option. If you have a smaller parrot like a conure, I’d skip this one.

Runs small didn’t fit my baby cockatiel

My cockatiel does not like it and it isn't comfortable like every other harness but it takes time to get used to. The other comment state that it doesn't fit well, but trust me it does there is a tightening strap! Its also really cute and blends in with my cockatiel. You can also glue an air tag like I did if you are afraid of your bird flying away.

Update: I compared this to the more expensive Aviator harness and this one seems to bother my birds less. I like to take my cockatiel out for adventures. Does she love putting this on? No, but there is no harness that a bird will love. Once this is on, she is calm, enjoys shoulder rides, and loves all the attention she receives during outings. I would suggest slowly introducing this to your bird and wearing it regularly to keep them accepting of it.
