Good and essential for every home

This product is not working. It's defective. Works for a 3-5 mins and then stops. The display is also faulty. Also, when it arrived, the filters were not new and there was dust inside the chamber. Despite raising the return request, it was sent again and has been charged.

Honeywell Airtouch V4: Received the product in 24hrs. It Does the job as an air purifier and even in highest fan speed it is not noisy which is Good and easy portable because of its form factor. The front cover can be easily removed to check the filters (magnetic) It has 2 filters (HEPA with anti bacterial) and Activated carbon with cold catylist. It has sleep mode when it's ON the light gets dimmer but the display will be ON I have given 2 Stars for wrong advertising and marketing strategy by Honeywell Technology. As mentioned it does not have touch controls but have physical buttons. [When we see the pictures and the name and the way it's been advertised we think that it has touch controls]. And the display is very small. [Green - Airquality is Good , Orange and Red ]. I have attached the images. I tested it and it detects smoke(Agarbatti) in the room and the air is sucked from the sides. Finally it's made in Hongkong, China by Secure connections Ltd. company for Honeywell. Honeywell Airtouch V3: Works perfectly and adds elegance to the room. The purifier and light indicators (Green, Orange and Red) and it quickly detects changes in PM levels in the air in the auto mode. The glossy Pearl White colour is eye catching and looks good. The pre-filter is attached to the primary HEPA and next the active carbon filter. Hope this information helps. Regards John

Decades of allergic cough has disappeared after using this air purifier..after. weeks of usage u can see alot of dust collected in the filter I cleant it using an air blower now its clean as new ....worth every rupee...I wasted alot of timing researching which air purifier to buy but this machine has been a blessing .Honeywell air purifier really works ....

Well this review I am writing after using it for more than a month & it's a good purchase based on my few observations- 1. User interface is very easy to understand 2. Quality is too notch & can easily detect presence of polluting agents in air & in 15-20 minutes it can easily restore good air quality. 3. Most importantly the installation is very easy & so also to clean the membrane is easy. Plus the filters are easily available which is very important.

Extremely disappointed by the product. We bought this device in December 2025. Within three months we got an error message saying "E1" and the device stopped working. We called customer care who asked us to write an email without really even listening to the issue. After writing an email the team got back to us after multiple follow ups from our end. Apparently there is some part that has to be replaced which is still not done. I had got this device for my parents who are old. This level of service is highly disappointing and certainly not what one expects from a brand like Honeywell. I would not recommend this product to others based on my experience.
