Based on reviews of the previous version the do. Has this issue been fixed on this bag?** A: It can happen on the daylite if you hang it too high on the shoulders, properly hung no. Now some very short torsos this might be a problem, aka very short small females. Problem of 1 size fits all. It's the problem of shoulder to waist length aligning up, just so much adjustment there. They basically have to make it for average size, built-in adjustment to them. Personally I would like to see that handle built-in to go over a cart handle changed. How often is that used, pack is small just wear it. This is what hits you in the daylite. I believe they have some other model that comes in a small, complains of compact aka narrow shoulders, causes straps to be too narrow on sides? If so, don't confuse the issues. The daylite should be adjustable, might take a few tries for the average person. **Q: Why is this one more expensive than the other model with 3k reviews. Upgrades?** A: They've slightly re-vamped the design. Specifically, the side pockets are different from my 2019 model -- my side pockets are mesh and slightly differently shaped. **Q: I'm 6', 250 pounds with relatively broad shoulders. Is this likely to be too small for me?** A: I love the pack, but I'm only 5'. It probably will look too small on you. Plus, as a larger person, you probably need to carry larger jackets and more lunch. I think you should choose a larger pack. **Q: Is there an opening for the water pack straw to come out?** A: Yes, the pack has a pocket to hold a water bladder and a hole for the tubing to come through. It's super light made of thin nylon material, but feels durable. The waist belt doesn't seem necessary for such a small bag but i'm glad it's removable, it's nice to have the option. I like that the YKK zippers are non PU coated and the looped zipper pulls help make them easy to open and close. The combined luggage passthrough and grab handle is a different feature i've never seen before, but works as intended.
