I've tried a few flavors now and they're all pretty decent. I like these bars because they pack a good amount of protein and taste like regular candy bars. No weird after taste and simply delicious. Flavors I've tried & personal rating: - Churro 3/5 it's not bad, just not a very distinct churro flavor. I could've mistaken it for salted caramel if I didn't read the package - Cookies n Cream 4/5 again, not a very pronounced cookie taste, but it did come with a tiny bit of crumble - Cookie Dough Chunk 5/5 this one is my favorite because it has a big chunks of cookie dough ontop of the bar. I think it's the only flavor that has this much 'extra'. The cookie dough also tastes exactly like cookie dough, with the sandy chewy texture and everything. - Brownie Batter (2/5) Didn't really like this one and it didn't taste like a brownie to me. More like average chocolate. Also don't have any brownie dough. - Coconut, Smores, Strawberries n Cream (2/5) these were fairly underwhelming flavor wise. I was expecting more of a strawberry cheesecake type flavor, but it tasted more like marshmallow with a hint of strawberry. Same for coconut and smores - tasted more marshmallow/sugar than coconut or smores. I'm gonna try the banana one next. All my shipments arrived in tact (not melted), but a few bars got crushed. Not terribly bad, just a bit deformed. Overall I'm very happy with these bars. They haven't caused any upset stomach and the marshmallowy texture is more filling than you'd think.

One of my favorite protein bars. Ranks in the top five for sure. The flavor of the churro isn't over powering. It is a very marshmallow consistency which some may find too much but to me it's a great snack when you need something sweet but are needing more protein. Decent size, no real high sugar content and the quality was good, each one was fresh and they lasted in my pocket for class.

Delicious, easy way to get protein throughout the day. The marshmallow is wonderful both in texture and taste. So far I love all the flavors. The salted caramel is maybe a touch too salty, but I’d still eat it.

I've been wanting to try this forever. I never see the BUILT Puff bar options in store. I really didnt want to buy a case, but recently I decided to splurge. Glad I did! I already want more, and I hope they have more flavors actually available soon. Many are unavailable :( I wanted to try them because I love chocolate covered marshmallow. I really prefer it when the marshmallow is firm and kinda chewy rather than soft. I joke that I like stale marshmallow. But man, when I get those egg cartons at Easter time that are filled with chocolate covered egg shape marshmallows, there is always a couple of "tough" ones in the bunch, and THAT is what I like. Same goes for other holiday offerings of this ilk. So I bit into this and was in heaven. It has that firm, dense chew, that tough marshmallow texture that I yearn for. If these were extra soft, I wouldnt be as impressed. This is very much actual marshmallow, and I am surprised that more "protein" bars dont utilize it. Gelatin has protein. I have made my own marshmallows before, so I may get back to that. For best utilized protein in form of collagen, we want hydrolyzed, but hydrolyzed doesnt "gel", hence we want non-hydrolyzed collagen, or "gelatin". This uses both, so both of both worlds. Also whey protein, but manages to not have a whey protein taste. The outer chocolate is ok. It isnt delicious, more of a vessel for carrying the marshmallow. Very basic "chocolate". Definitely more of a candy vibe. Never would think this was a protein bar, Very pricy though. These are small bars, maybe 4-5 bites max. I dont rate on price though--we can all see price, have different budgets, needs, preferences, and for me.. desires. lol. I just really wanted to try it, and now that I know that it is what I want texture wise, I will likely buy more. Hope to see a sale, coupon, or subscribe and save offer soon. BTW, the option I bought is coconut, and it has a light coconut flavor. I also tried these upon delivery, which was a very cold day. Not sure if the marshmallow gets softer (hope not), but if it does, then I know to enjoy these direct from fridge.

The flavors of these are wonderful. However, I am not crazy about the marshmallow texture, but I find the flavor so tasty that I can forget about the marshmallow-like filling. I would buy these again. If you like marshmallow-like filling, then these are for you. The bottom line is that I will be buying these again. They satisfy my sweet tooth while providing the protein I need.

Best tasting protein bar. ALL the Built puffs are amazing! A lot of other protein bars are gummy. Reasonable calories, nice texture, low fat and at least 15 grams of protein. Worth the cost.

So angry with Built for discontinuing Bars. This coconut bar was the greatest tasting protein bar ever. The “Puffs” that replaced the “Bars” are a horrible texture that completely ruin the experience. I have shared my bars with coworkers, family, etc and everyone lived them. Not one single person I have ever met in person likes Puffs. Just a terrible business decision to change

These are so tasty. I prefer them chilled. They have a soft chewy texture and do not have any aftertaste. They are gluten-free and a great way for me to get extra protein into my daily eating. It’s a great way to get my chocolate fix and yet still be on the healthier side.

Delicious. I'm obsessed with these protein bars. Basically just chocolate covered marsmallows. There's no sickly artificial protein taste. Good protein to calorie ratio. The price is criminally high though.

Very tasty protein bar with subtle coconut flavour, no aftertaste. Nice marshmallows texture.

Excellent but price is crazy

These protein bars are an absolute treat.. honestly it’s like dessert to me. Love how they don’t even taste like a protein bar yet give so much protein for under 200 calories! And only 6 grams of sugar! Absolute WIN in my books.

These tasted disgusting, I love the coconut and brownie ones. Texture is marshmallow and chewy, a preferred texture indeed.
