Didn't last a year; constantly inconsistent
It worked OK, when it worked. Most often, it would discharge itself, even while plugged in. When tend to travel a lot, which is why I have it. It's supposed to clean when we're not home. Most of the time, it didn't work consistently enough for that to be a reality. I often had to manually remove the battery and reset it because it seemed to discharge all the time. I've spent way too much time on something that should just work. Anyway, maybe this is a vacuum issue, more than a battery issue, but it's impossible to tell. As of now, the battery won't take a charge at all. It's maybe completed 10 cleaning cycles in over 6 months. Very pathetic. I'll try a new battery but most of these Chinese lithium packs use counterfeit lithium cells or defective cells that should have been rejected by the manufacturer. Basically you're replacing one problem with another.

Good value, good performance
I have purchased this battery twice for my Roomba J7. The first battery lasted over two years versus one year for the original manufacturers battery. My only complaint is that when the battery failed it failed very slowly which caused a host of mysterious performance problems with the vacuum. All problems went away with a new battery. Would recommend this battery, good value and performance.

Excellent battery replacement.
I was given a slightly used Roomba robot vacuum, with a bad battery. This replacement arrived quickly and was much lower priced than the Roomba brand. It fit perfectly and after charging, the vacuum revived and is now a hard working helper.

It doesn’t work!
When I installed this battery, my Roomba keeps telling me to replace the battery. They said it was used but good. It won’t take a charge no matter what I do to give it a chance to charge that battery. Have to return it and get one that has not been used and isn’t used but good.
