Real talk, people. AIP is hard! I am doing this diet for health reasons and won't be on it forever. I have bought all the different, expensive flours the AIP recipes call for and keep making bad batches of muffins. What am I doing wrong?? Then I tried this! I used the recipe on the back of the package. It came out crumbly, but the flavor was actually good! My 4 year old even ate 2 muffins with me. Thank you, people who made this product! It will make the duration of my AIP journey much more palatable!

Really good cookies. A little expensive but great taste for an occasional treat for someone with celiacs.

This was perfect to curb my cravings for pancakes while I did the AIP diet. It was a bit of an acquired taste and I honestly did not love it the first time I made it. It definitely grew on me though and its a great alternative if you have no other choice.

Great mix, convenient. I tried the recipe on the bag but the cookies broke apart so easily so I tweaked the recipe a bit. I added some egg replacer, some vanilla powder and vanilla extract, cinnamon, then topped it off with crushed macadamia nuts and dairy free dark chocolate chips. Great taste!!

It seems like the makers are still tweaking the blend so maybe that accounts for some of the negative reviews, but to me this mix is a true Godsend! Does it mimic regular baked goods perfectly? Of course not it’s AIP. Is it a touch grainy? Yeah it’s AIP. Do I need to have an entire shelf in the cupboard devoted to exotic flours or blend up plantains or make gelatin eggs? NO and that is a beautiful thing. My family ate up the cookies from the back of the package with gusto, the pumpkin waffles from the website are a new holiday staple, and the basic bread from the website is holding its shape and not a sticky, bitter mess. This mix is so quick and easy to use that I no longer get depressed watching my family dig into baked goods. A little pricy for the amount, but if you are on AIP you know that’s par for the course. Please please please don’t ever discontinue!

Started the AIP 2 weeks ago after an AI diagnosis hoping I could manage symptoms. I love and live for a stack of pancakes and this mix did not let me down!! They arrived tonight and within 30 minutes I had a small stack. They obviously do not taste like traditional pancakes but the flavor is really good! I can’t wait to do some more baking!

I’ve only made pancakes, but the recipe on the package would not have worked. It was more like a cookie dough. So I added more coconut milk, and it wasn’t too bad. Kind of grainy, but at least I felt like I was able to have something close to grains.
