When the package arrived I already noticed a heavy weight to it and I was pleasantly surprised to open a quality packaged matte black box with silver foil logo. When I opened it the pieces were snuggly fit into foam, ensuring each piece was safely cushioned. I tried it right away and can I say, THIS STAMPING SET IS SO EASY TO USE! I think my 6 year old niece could do it. It came with upper case letters, lower case letters, and a set of numbers. I did my research and ImpresssArt (a popular brand) charges $22-$60 just for one set of letters whereas you get 2 sets plus numbers + the whole set with Owden. A great deal in my opinion. The only thing I can say so far (after making about 10 keychains and a necklace) is that the lowercase 'h' can ever-so-slightly be mistaken for a 'b' perhaps, moreso in photos I use for social than real life though. But honestly the charm has been such an elegant addition to my products. Not to mention I no longer waste money on alphabet charms where I am left with y's and z's. Definitely recommend!

I received this a few days ago and was shocked (in a good way) at the size and weight of this set. AND it comes in a very nice padded case. I don't know why but I thought this set was going to be small. I'm brand new to metal stamping so I guess I just had no clue what to expect. It's a very nice beginner's set and has what you need to get started; you just need to supply your own metal blanks. It didn't take me long to find out that I really suck at metal stamping. LOL I'm going to need a lot of practice! But I feel like I bought the right set to start out with.

Awaiting a resolution or will have to return the item. The capital letters are not as described. The products themselves appear well built and sturdy.
