Great product, taste good!
So, I've been having a rough time falling asleep lately – you know, mind racing, tossing and turning, the usual fun. Decided to give these Vitamatic Melatonin 20mg gummies a try. My buddy recommended them. First off, they taste pretty good! Way better than swallowing a pill, that's for sure. It's like a little berry treat before bed. I take two as the bottle says. And the good news? They actually seem to work! Most nights, I find myself drifting off easier than before. I'm not waking up as much in the middle of the night either, which is a huge plus. I usually feel pretty refreshed in the morning, not super groggy like some other things I've tried. Now, 20mg seems like a lot, and I did wonder if it was too much. Some nights if I take them and then stay up on my phone, I don't feel like they hit me as hard. And one or two times, I still had a bit of a restless night, so it's not like a magic knockout punch every single time. But overall, it's definitely an improvement. They're also vegan, which is cool, though not something I was specifically looking for. If you're struggling to get some decent shut-eye and other stuff hasn't worked, I'd say these are worth a shot. They taste good and, for me at least, they help me get to sleep and stay asleep most of the time. Just be aware that 20mg is a pretty strong dose.

I only use 1-10 mg gummy each night so I like getting this size for a better price. These gummies have a decent flavor with no aftertaste. They work well for me. And my doctor approves.

This is good stuff- I took 2. The large amount did affect my heart though so I had to stop. But it got me on a sleep routine so well worth an investment. Taste is good.
