This is the absolute positively best brand of seasonings out there. Natural with no salt. We have been using this brand especially this. This flavor for years and years When we make steaks and burgers.

Once upon a time, Trader Joe's had salt free spice blend that was called "steak & chop grill & broil" It went well with just about any type of meat that I might want to cook. I had purchased quite a few jars of this blend from them so I wouldn't run out.....then I ran out and TJ's discontinued that spice blend. Not only that, they don't really have anything equal to it. So I went on a Google search and came up with Spice Hunter brand and the exact same title for a salt free blend. It even has the same ingredients! I am thrilled to have this blend back on my shelf. The price here online is much better then in the store. I only found one store locally that carries it. I hope and pray this never gets discontinued because it's one of my favorites on my spice shelf. Tastes especially good on pork chops, loin roasts, and added seasoning to gravy mixes

This pepper and herb combination makes everything--vegetables, potatoes, rice, chicken, fish, beef, lamb--taste better. It's not too hot but enhances the flavor of whatever you put it on. Use it every day.

Tastes better on burgers

This is my first purchase of the Steak & Chop seasoning, but I intend to buy more soon. Overall, I like the Spice Hunter brand over other seasonings--the first whiff from an opened jar confirms that the spices/herbs are fresh. I've tried several other Spice Hunter blends, and have liked them all. This is a nice blend that I add to homemade liquid marinade--not too spicy, but very flavorful. I've tried this on both pork chops and steak, using different marinades, and liked the result equally. Just a great spice to have on had during barbeque season.

This spice mix is perfect as a seasoning on meat or pasta. I love that it doesn't contain salt, as I have to watch my sodium intake. Will definitely buy again.

I've used this blended seasoning product for over a decade now, and was crushed when my grocer no longer carried the Spice Hunter line of seasonings, which are more expensive than McCormicks, etc. Spice Hunter makes several blends for other meats and soups. Imagine my happy surprise when Amazon had this available, AND it was a buck cheaper than my grocer. Use it while broiling, grilling, or pan frying, or in addition to marinades, or when grinding or forming burger patties, as it gives burgers an upscale gourmet burger taste!
