Really easy to use if you follow the instructions and has a decent workability time before it goes off

2kg is not a lot
Pros good colour match, easy to mix just like a flour, sticks quickly and dries rock hard, dries really quickly. Cons Dries far too quickly, 2kg doesn't go very far about 5 x 12" tiles. I have had to buy another to finish a small job which has made it an expensive process..I wouldn't buy again if doing a large area due to cost..next time I will get a pre mixed tub.

Small pack unavailable in local shops/DIY stores
Needed this item to complete grouting of external tiles. The smaller bags are very hard to find in local shops as well as the colour match. The product arrived early - very satisfied

I regrouted my kitchen floor with this Mapei
Please with the final result of re-grouting of our kitchen floor. Had a bit of trouble getting the mix (water to Mapei) sorted but it was my first try and needed to fine tune it somewhat.

Did not dry as Mid-Grey.
Bought this 'medium grey' grout for a repair job where some old grout on kitchen floor tiles came loose. Going by the colour indicator on the bag it should have been the correct shade but it has dried very light. Much closer to light grey. Can't say I am happy.

Poor service
As I opened the package, I noticed that one of the grout bags had a hole in it. It seems the bag was sent to me despite not being in perfect condition.
