They responded quickly and made it right. The packaging issues were most likely an Amazon issue and not anything to do with Yaber. Excellent customer service. And, as luck would have it, a car door was left ajar for a couple of days and the battery went dead. I used this jump starter again and it started the car without incident. If you have the money and you live in an auto-centric area like I do, you should really get one of these things. You can use it to start your car or you can use it as an emergency charger for your personal electronics in the event of a power outage. As I have said before, it's very likely that you will need to use this for yourself of someone else in the future. UPDATE: I bought another one of these to keep in our second car.
