FRAM Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter with Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, CF11777 for Select Jeep Vehicles, (Pack of 1)

Although the item is described as a "pack of one" the photos clearly show two filters. It does take two of these are needed when replacing Jeep Wrangler A/C filters. Competing brands provide 2 filters at a lower price point. The description is quite deceptive, since one filter replacement needs two filters which are shown in the pictures. Probably a good product, but overpriced compared to others. Now I have to order another one so I have matching filter elements in the A/C system. Next time I will order a different brand that provides the needed elements for a filter replacement.

Cabin filters aren’t hard to use, but you do need to know the direction they are supposed to be installed. The filter that came is one piece, not two like pictured. That’s not a big deal, but no marking to show which way it needs to be installed and both sides are clearly different. Not even sure it’s real. If it is, bad on FRAM.

Purchased for 2017 Jeep JKU. Advertised as two rectangular filters to be placed next to each other in filter box. I returned the first order because the box and plastic were open and the box contained a single square filter, roughly the sane dimensions as the advertised two rectangular filters. The replacement shipped to me contained the exact same single square filter. The box has the correct model number (CF11777) and it is printed on the outside of the box that it contains "1 Piece". For Jeep JKU, two rectangular filters are easier to install, but I was able to installation filter by totally removing the fikter box screen behind the Jeep glove box.

This product is not what’s advertised. Shows two rectangular filters but is actually a square one that does not fit. Wrong size, wrong advertisement. Worthless purchase. I thought Fram was a respectable company, but this filter was made in china by children that have no idea what fits in each vehicle. I own an American born Jeep Wrangler. Better to buy from an American parts supplier that knows American products. If I owned a vehicle designed by China, maybe I would get the proper product. Trico has ruined the American company.

Fram updated this from a 2 piece filter to a single larger filter which no longer fits. My 2017 Wrangler has a narrow access door which will only allow the older narrow filter to be inserted. Fram support was no help. They said they have no solution.

When I put these in, the air flow when I had the fan turned all the way on high was like it was on medium. The air conditioner was no longer capable of keeping my Jeep cool. It also had a sort of musty smell, not like mildew, more like a sort of baking soda smell. I'm sure it reduced odors, but I ended up switching back to the Wix filters, which don't reduce odors but also have a negligible effect on airflow while seeming to trap just as much "junk" as the Fram did.

This filter does not fit my Jeep JKU Wrangler. Pictures shows two filters which is correct, was shipped one large filter that will not fit. Returned same day but still waiting for Fram to issue credit. It has been one month, verified Fram received but still no credit. Read all the recent reviews, product is not like picture.

Even though Amazon lists this as the correct part, it does not fit. The Jeep needs a 2 part cabin air filter so it can be installed through a smaller opening.
