What does "used - like new" mean re this item roebic k77 root killer (asin #b009nxilpq)??

Someone returned it so they sell it cheaper...usually not in its original packaging. Generally a good deal.

How do you apply this product to the drain?

You cannot use this product on a drain. It is for sewer lines

Do you pour this product into the toilet or the septic tank?

Toilet has worked best for me so it cleans out the roots that are growing between the house and the septic tank.

This product did not work for my needs. If you have a bad issues this will not help you. It was a waste of money for me.
