excellent product and easy to set up

It is an Excellent Product. We have installed it outdoor and it has survived all types of weather for the last 3 years. It provides us Internet coverage in the porch and lawn area and it has a range of 300 meters (without any obstacles), and easily covers the outdoors of our home including the maid room at the back of the house, as well as some areas inside the home. Our security camera outside the villa gate is also connected to this wavlink extender. Note: For better results, make it an AP (wired access point) rather than an extender. The installation is very easy but a little tricky, so get some help or watch online videos before installation..

its doesn't work well in hot weather or direct sun .

I am using this AP to extend my network WIFI outdoor and it is working pretty well. The network coverage is indeed wide . Very simple to install. I highly recommend it to someone who want to extend the coverage of their network outdoor

PoE is not stable+speed is bad even in open area with full signal

The Advantage is, this dive can be configured as a router or access point. However the Wi-Fi signal just for short range .

Je ne suis pas spécialiste mais j'ai pu suivre les indications de la mise en route rapide et m'apercevoir que cette antenne émettait bien sur une bonne distance à l'extérieur de mon appartement. Une bonne surprise. Je comprends pourquoi beaucoup de gestionnaires de camping l'utilise pour amplifier le signal WIFI vers un terrain de grande superficie. Impeccable !

hatte mir dieses teil im angebot gekauft für knappe 70 euro um mein wlan zu erweitern,nur hatte ich viel ärger damit ,bis ich raus gefunden hatte woran das lag,da mein wlan bis in meine werkstatt über den den hof in 35 m entfernung duch eine 30 cm dicke beton wand fuktionieren sollte,wollte ich dies mit einem kabel zum Acces Point bewerkstelligen,brauchte hierzu etwa 25 m netzwerkkabel ,billiges kekauft im angebot für schlappe 10 euro,provisorisch erst mal ausprobiert,hatte aber das PoE einspeisung außen dran ( provisoriosch) hat funktioniert kabel verlegt,zwei wänd durchbohrt angeschlossen,anschließent die PoE innen ran gemacht,weil ich außen keine steckdose hatte ,wäre zu aufwedig gewesen,nur leider musste ich es alle 2-3 tage neu starten ,hat absolut nicht funktionert,konnte es auch jedesmal nicht konfigurieren ,musste immer ein kabel nach draußen zum gerät extra legen um es zu konfigurieren ! wollet es aber nicht zurück schicken,das selbe problem hatte auch ein anderer käufer hier,dann der nächste schritt :besseres kabel kaufen billiges zurück schicken ,habe dieses hier gekauft CSL - 25m CAT 8 Netzwerkkabel - 8.1,kostet aber 35 euro,aber hier sind selbst die stecker aus metall ,ist etwas stärker im durchmesser und etwas steifer ,musste die löcher für die kabel etwas größer bohren,aber dieses kabel hat sich gelohnt,mit diesem kabel funktioniert alles tatellos,für längere kabelverbindungen sollte man mindestens CAT 7 kabel nehmen, habe jetzt wlan bis in meine werkstatt fast zu 100 % und außen reicht es bis weit über den sportplatz in den wald ,reichweite ca.300 meter ,TOP besser gehts nicht,konfigurieren kann ich das gerät jetzt immer ,habe immer zugriff drauf,auch das 5G funktioniert bis in die werkastatt !war doch gut ,das ich es bahalten habe,leider muss ich jetzt meine rezession auf 2 sterne ändern,grund hierfür ist ,: das gerät hat sich total verabschiedet !! von gestern auf heute leuchtet nur noch die Power LED ,fährt nicht mehr hoch,kein wlan mehr,funtioniert nix mehr,ist auch nicht mehr zu konfigurieren,nicht mehr zu erreichen,alle kabel IO ,habe auch ein zweites netzteil ausprobiert,keine zwei jahre gehalten ,sehr ärgerlich für mich ,habe mir deshalb jetzt das TP-Link EAP225 hier bestellt ,kann elektronik nicht auch mal länger wie 2 jahre halten ? es ist zum kot..... ,das teil hing sogar unter einem Balkondach ,also an der feuchtigkeit kanns nicht gelegen haben,muss meine recession berichtigen,der PoE-Splitter war kaputt,habe mir aber das komplette gerät neu gekauft,an die reichweite kommt leiter kein anderes gerät ran ,lade hier mal bilder von der installationsanweisung als bilder hoch ,weil ein käufer seine verlegt hat und nur videos geladen werden können

I have a dozen of these over rough hill and valley tree covered terrain. With an average load of 40 Active connections on four Century link Sources. at 260 MB per second total. Daily calls for connectivity is several hundred but actual constant load is 40 active. Because last year i had these as repeaters the service was horrible because each tower cut available band width in half. So this year i used disk type preset private bridges between the towers and set each tower as Access Points, Everyone had great connectivity with no drops except in bad weather. Lightning and one with poor weather seals have been an issue but they were covered with extended warranty. The coverage for all 12 towers is two square miles through trees and high/low ground but not big RV's they block signal so on one camper i installed an inexpensive repeater you plug in to the wall on the source signal side of the RV-Problem resolved. Total for feeding almost 100 campsites about 3K $ over the last four years. Including Poles and camera's. That's huge savings. Signed up to add star link to the mix for next year.
