Great, amazing for exactly what it says. Do Weighted Pull ups feel flawless, not awkward or uncomfortable. Wraps around the weight nicely, building a lot of strength and this is one of my tools.

The belt is doing ok but the chain is low quality, go to home depot and upgrade the linkages with chain for future safety. This happened after 6 months of use.

I don’t want to spend time switching weights so now I have two of these belts—one for dips and one for pull-ups. I just purchased the second one. Needless to say, I wouldn’t have purchased the second if I didn’t like the first belt. Well made and easy to adjust. The carabiners are fine, but I switched them for some a couple of sizes larger just for convenience. Definitely worth the price, and then some. Five solid stars!

We use this to do dips and pullups with 70 lbs. The belt is comfortable and sturdy with the weights we hang from it.
