It works really well. It works better than Valerian root alone. I have been getting at least seven hours of sleep almost every night.

I have to say that I purchased this product for the first time quite some time ago. I opened the bottle and could hardly get passed the smell. I tried it, though, taking 1 pill a night and saw no results. I gave up for about a year. I have a chronic illness couples with many other aches and pains that cause my sleep to be very disrupted. I am almost 51 years old and couldn’t handle night after night having to wake up and shift positions so many times due to pain. I decided to find something to help...but ran across my pretty much full bottle of Sleep Blend and decided to look up the pros and cons of it and maybe try it again. I read in a review how well it had worked for someone...but they played around until they figured out how many they needed each night. For them, it was three. So, I tried three. It sure helped this time! So, I took two the next night. Two is my magic number. Glad I saw the review. I finished the bottle and now will not go without. I sleep sounded and longer before waking to shift to a new position. I haven’t gotten passed the smell....but don’t care anymore. It works. I don’t wake up feeling groggy from it either. So glad I gave it another try after seeing someone else’s review, which is the reason for my review. I normally don’t take the time to write a review....this is worth it.

Helps me to get to sleep. But I don't feel fuzzy when I wake up. I've been using this formula for around 50 years. It's not a knock out sleep inducer. I take it late at night when I am sleepy. If you are not a little sleepy, the effect isn't as effective.

the regular solaray sp17 blend sleep pills work great, some have to take 3 pills, these with the cell salts dont work, will keep many awake. tried 1 of these with 2 of the regular sp17 pills and keeps you awake
