Someone mention the head was half bald is that correct or did she get a bad Elsa head?

Yes I wrote a comment. The back of the head looks like a 90 year old women’s head. Extremely sparse. My 6 year old didn’t like it.

Under product dimensions it's exact is 9.5 x 4.5 x 8.5. It is decent size. I know there is one even bigger.... huge really.... but this one was prefect! Not to big not to small.
