My Indian ringneck makes a huge mess inside and it's not in the cage. This has been a wonderful find.

Love this feeder. And it’s mess free on my floors

I do like my little cockatiel, but he is bar none the messiest bird ever. I had to sweep under his cage at least twice a day to keep ahead of his seed/pellet mess. Since he has no inclination to improve his table manners, this feeder is just the ticket. He has a cage that lends itself to attaching the feeder on the outside. It took about a day to convince Ollie that he should go into the feeder to get his food, but his favorite millet spray near the opening of the feeder convinced him that he would be fine in this lovely new enclosed dining room. He can sit in there and throw seed and pellets around as he pleases because everything is contained. I am happy because there are no more piles of his food all over the floor. A win for both of us.

The best purchase I made for Romeo's birdcage. I went from vacuuming around his cage daily, down to once a week and that's from shredder debris not the feeder. There is definitely "Truth in advertising" with this product because there is no mess after you put it in a cage. This is my second feeder because I dropped the first one and it cracked but it held together with clear packing tape until I got tired of looking at it. They pack two different types of hardware for different ways to mount it. I prefer mounting just like the illustration in the ad. Great value even if it was twice the price.

I hated spending this much on something so simple but I must admit, 90+% of what used to fall outside the cage onto the floor is gone! It is well-made and has hardware included for attaching inside or outside of your cage. The perch also had pre-drilled holes so that it could be moved a little closer (I did). I got one that is for a family of three green cheek conures and the large was a good size for them. I can’t say that any larger birds could use this feeder. It did take a couple of days for them to get comfortable with it. I put treats in the “mess” area so they would get used to going in. After that, they figured it out and are happy with it now. The feeder does have to be removed to clean but that is not hard. There is no way to fill the food bin other than the same opening as for where the birds enter either. Not a negative, just how it is. Slight inconvenience but since I don’t have a design improvement, I can’t complain. Overall, I am thrilled with not having the mess I was used to cleaning up every day.

I am so glad I bought this! I can’t begin to tell you how much bird food I have saved with this feeder! My two parakeets scratched around and wasted more food than they ate from their old feeder! This one is absolutely amazing! The bird has to actually go inside to get to the food, once inside they can’t scratch the food out! Would buy 1000 times over again! It’s very sturdy as well! I bought the small for my two and it’s just the right size for them and doesn’t take up much room inside the cage! It is made so it can be hung on the outside as well, mine is hanging inside. Love, love, love it!

Well made. Appreciate the ability to hang inside or outside my green cheek conures cage. No more pellets/seed being wasted and/or on floor.

It’s good all, but only one little problem once the bird gets in the box since it’s transparent, they will start flapping around and hitting the walls of the box

We got this as my conure likes to play in his food bowl and It worked perfect he can get inside and play in there and no more wasted seed it worked better than expected well worth the money

Have arrived cracked on one side. and pretty bad design of this PARROT FEEDE. You would have to remove it to add more food Why couldn't it be featured with a back opening for "adding" more seeds ???
