How many modes does the headlight have? The description says 5 modes, but the video only shows 3 modes (high, low, srobe).

Three modes for headlight and five for tail light just as Rod says. Additionally, I've learned that with the tail light, of you find the setting or mode you like best and don't want to "cycle through" the settings to find it each time, simply press and hold the power button when powering the light on and off. If you do this the light will revert back to the last mode every time. I hope this is helpful.

I need to charge this with a wall plug what volt do I need 4, 5 or 12 Volt?

Any standard phone charger. Mine’s 4 volt. I think this is already covered in previous questions and answers.

How do i know when the powerbank is getting low?

The light runs for about 2 hours on the bike the light will dim it may start flashing?not sure. if you have a road bike the lite will fall off. if you have ruff roads like in sheboygan.
