We have used this probably 20+ times and it has never leaked. Keeps ice frozen all day.

I've bought this twice. My husband uses this for work. It is very travel friendly and holds a lot in both the bag and lunch compartment. We do put his food in a very large container that was for noodles but shockingly it was a perfect fit. People at his job thought they came together so that way his food doesn't get smashed. We have bought this twice in 3 years time; cause just like school backpacks things dont last forever. Will be buying these in the future too. Would highly recommend

Very good backpack. Haven't had it long but so far so good. Bought this for my son for work so he can keep his gear and lunch with him. Keeps everything cold and dry. Would give it 5 stars if cooler part was slightly taller. Good for cans but not water bottles don't fit as well. Love all the pockets. Will update if the zippers break. That's what usually happens. Give it 4.5 stars.

I have been in the Army for 10 years and trying to find a good bag that is in regulation for a decent price is always difficult. Coming off the line and up to a staff position, this bag is great for your everyday office bag or if you're going TDY. The bag is comfortable and not bulky. There is MOLLE and it does hold up if you want to add pouches. The only issue I have had with it has been the zipper that attaches the lunch pouch to the base of the bag. It has frayed slightly over the 6 months I have had the bag and it makes it difficult to put the pouch back on if I disconnect it. So, now I just leave it attached. All in all, I am very happy with this bag and would buy it again.

Been using this thing at work for 6ish months now and couldn't be happier! Like how it looks and it's comfortable to wear and has more room and space than I need! Everything is holding up quite nice and it's been fully loaded with my lunch, clipboard, paperwork, some tools and a lot more! I will buy again when this one fails for sure as the value is good!

Good backpack. Just OK. Lunch back is difficult to connect and disconnect. Also makes the bag too long and hits you in the backside. Side zipper broke after one month. I still use it and stuff the lunch bag inside. Works good for my computer.

I love all of the options this unit provides. If using the parchment inserts, very easy cleanup! Glad I picked this particular brand. Easy to operate. The only issue is that you must unplug the unit when not in use or the lights continue to flash.
