The flag staff and connectors are fine. Assembly is easy. Flagstaff is very sturdy which was a concern before I got it. Well made and looks good. My problem was with the screws for the flagstaff holder. Screws are of a soft metal. Two of the screw heads stripped while using electric drill-driver at about 80% into relatively soft wood with a pilot hole during installation. I recall other reviews mentioning this. Had to remove the two screws with a vice grip type pliers and will reinstall with better screws. The holder itself looks nice it appears to be well made. The only issue is the screws.

The flag hangs perfectly on the heavy duty pole ... I didn't realize the flag didn't come with it so that was a disappointment for me but my fault I didn't read it as closely as I thought . Get this pole and attach it to your home , garage . Etc

I'm reviewing the 5ft white pole with wall bracket and plastic flag holders. I purchased this originally on Sept 9, 2024. The plastic flag holder rings broke some time ago, which I expected. With high winds, anything made of plastic to hold something whipping around outside and UV exposed can't possibly last long. Since then, I now have the main metal holder or wall bracket split in half. Hasn't been quite a year since purchase. This piece broke on June 25th, 2025 without being hit or knocked into. I'm including pictures. This item was easy to install, and I had it all set up within 30 minutes. I thought it was aesthetically pleasing too, while it lasted. Although, I did not like the wing nut bolt hardware for the pieces that hold the pole in place. Unless using channel locks or pliers, you can't seem to tighten them enough by hand. The first few months I was retightening here and there, as I could hear and see the pole wobbling around the base. I then caught on and used a tool to torque it down a bit more. It hadn't worked its way loose since. I can't in good conscience recommend this kit. Look elsewhere for something more robust.

The flag has wrapped around the pole by the wind which it’s said that it won’t do.. Disappointed!!

They constantly get tangled up and do not operate properly
