Bought this for my husband's Stanley that we've had for 20 years at least. Fit right on, it works like a champ.

Seems like the old original thermos stopper. Screws in just fine. Has a nice plump red gasket. I’ll be trying it out— to see if it stops the leaking. Hope so.

Looks exactly like the original cap, however this one leaks while on its side. I have to keep a piece of paper towel in the top opening after screwing the cap on to catch the spill. I've had the thermos since about 1990 and have replaced the cap a few times without issue, so it's definitely this recent edition.

Fit my 40+ year old thermos. Works great. Make sure you get the right size.

Customer service is helpful and very fast and obvious they really want to help to make things right. Keep in mind this brand isn’t Stanley or not even Stanley quality. I bought this 3rd party stopper but leaked and they shipped another extremely fast but that leaked to. Works well but because it’s a twist and pour stopper it doesn’t do as well as my original solid stopper but it’s barely noticeable. However it does leak if your thermos is on its side or turned upside down. I can turn it over and doesn’t leak out till turned back right side up it will dribble down the side, maybe about half an ounce. If your not worried about your thermos falling on its side your ok. It pours out great, it’s nice and smooth. I still have my original stopper, it just doesn’t have a seal anymore. It still keeps my coffee nice and hot. I use this thermos for work and will continue to use my original cap just cause I drive like crazy and don’t want my coffee to leak in case it falls over. Keep in mind if you still have your cap/cup it will catch the coffee leaking out, just be careful when taking your cap off.

Leaks and does not keep contents warm

very difficult to find now so I brought 2. it's a good product. but I think overpriced. I put insulation tape over the threaded part to give it a longer life. shame they don't make flask like they used to, used it constantly for 37 years.

Fitted old thermos but did not keep it hot.
