Your Raleigh (or any British) bikes best friend!
If you work on old English bikes, this is a good investment. Decent quality tools at a good price.

Great quality, and better to have and not need than need and not have!
So, helping a friend work on his mid-50's Nash Metropolitan (yes - the little car in the "Beep-beep" song!), trying to dismount the carburetor for a rebuild. Nash - American, right? Oh no, these little guys have British (Austin A or B-series) engines! Vacuum port-to-distributor line fitting - not metric (!), not SAE (!). What the...? Okay - get out the Whitworth wrenches. Yes! Well crafted, great quality, beautifully finished, well marked, and in a sturdy pouch. Not too much Whitworth stuff running around anymore these days, but, if you ever encounter any, these are great wrenches to have in the toolbox.

Solid Quality Whitworth wrenches
Purchased this set to use when restoring vintage British motorcycles. The fit and finish are great and they work well in every situation. At this price these are solid quality tools to use in a home workshop.

Great Quality!
I am restoring a 1951 MG, so needed a set of Whitworth wrenches to add to my collection of inch and metric sizes. These wrenches are every bit as good as my Craftsman and Snap-On wrenches, but at far less cost. I would highly recommend them!

Almost too pretty to abuse.
Really well made and very well chromed. Could be a little thinner but couldn't we all? I haven't had the need to put them under a great strain because I'm wrenching on Classic British motorcycles. Everything has already vibrated loose and is covered in oil so it's been an easy time for the tools.

fit. quality
giving them a 4 because they worked but, They are cheaply made and you can feel that. Thankfully I rarely have to turn Whitworth bolts as there are only about 1/2 dozen on my British car

Good spanners
Very nice spanners. Very shinny. Well worth the price

A really great value
I think this BSW wrench set is a great value for the money. The wrenches have a beautiful chrome finish. Easy clean up. They seem to fit the bolts quite well and plenty of leverage. I would recommend these especially if you have a 68 year old British car like I have.

Yup, they work just fine!
Where else could you get Whitworth wrenches in Canada in short notice but Amazon? They arent high end wrenches but they are just fine. Iโve been a pro mechanic for 20 years: high end wrenches are overrated (and overpriced)
