It mixes well. I have allergies to egg, dairy, soy and I have celiacs. This fits the bill and allows me to get some added protein in my diet. I would give the product 5 stars except I have purchased 3 tubs of chocolate peanut butter powder and all 3 I have had to use a power tool to cut open because the lids are unable to open. I’ve bought other flavors and this was not an issue.
