This is a foam pillow, so not as soft as a feather one, but it is very supportive and cool.

Fantastic Memory Foam Pillow
I have tried several memory foam pillows. If you are looking for a great one, this pillow is fantastic! That being said, I bought this for the cooling feature. I just didn’t feel like that feature was great so returned the pillow. If you don’t need a cooling pillow, you will love the other features. I thought the pillow was less bulky than others I had tried!

Definitely not a new product, can't say if it's cool or not, I won't put my head over this pillow, looks like a joke, it has like little balls inside, bought it today and returning it tomorrow first thing in the morning!

This isn’t the Sensor Epic Pillow that I purchased last time. It’s too hard to to sleep on. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PILLOW. It isn’t worth the price. I can’t sleep on it because it’s to hard.
