MIU Santoku Knife 7 inch, Multipurpose for Chef with Comfortable Plastic Handle

This is a great knife for the price. Light weight and thin sturdy blade. I have used this for over a year and it looks brand new. The perfect knife for cutting up vegetables.

I love how sharp it is so it’s easy to slice meats and how it comes with a cover so I feel safe when storing them. This is seriously the best knife I have ever had! I've been using it for a long time now and I pretty much use it for cutting everything. It's so affordable too that I'm thinking of getting another one!

I think this is a great kitchen knife - it is easy to hold and manipulate, cuts well, cleans easily. The only nitpick I have is that the handle, while easy to grip, would have felt better if it was wood. Otherwise, a great knife which I find myself using by choice. Jim

It was nice ahd sharp when it arrived. I used it one time. Thats O N E one time ! I put it in the dishwasher, top rack. Day later, rust spots on it. Bummer . One of those you get what you pay for items .
