Meh.
Meh. I was skeptical because this had 5 stars across the board with every review... honestly, you could probably buy a waterproof eyeliner from the drug store for a fraction of the price that lasts as long as this one does. I love how easily it goes on. But by noon it's coming off already. If I'm going to pay this much for an eyeliner, it better at least stay on till I'm ready for bed!
