How can i set this up use this as a second screen with my laptop using the vga connection? it displays the same thing as on my laptop screen.

If you are using Windows as the operating system on your laptop. You probably have your multiple displays settings set to "Duplicate". To correct this, Minimize or close any open windows. Right click on any free portion of your desktop, select screen resolution, on the option that says "Multiple Displays", choose "Extend desktop to this display". Then click Apply.

I have a 49 gaming monitor and would like to use as 2nd monitor(not set as primary). Will the touch screen work?

It should work. I have 2 hooked up to my system and I can use bbothin touch screen mode. You do have to go into settings to configur but it should work. I used to have to reconfigur every time I powered down. But I haven't had to reconfigur in a while.

Has anyone got this working with a Raspberry Pi?

I have not used this on a raspberry pi. But as long as you can establish the HDMI connection and plug in the USB for touch screen . It should work.

Does the monitor go to a 45 degree angle? I am using at an elevated podium where the hosts are kinda looking down at the display.

0 re angling it sits straight and firm on its' stand. You can mount it on an adjustable arm tho.
