You take the black stopped and put it at the top of the door and close the door with it on the other side. You then place your back on the black padding on the bottom of the harness and lean back as the stopper on the door will hold and support your full weight. It does have an adjustable strap to set it to what is comfortable to you based on your height and flexibility. The black padding is very comfortable and doesnt hurt your back at all. The pink colour of it is very vibrant and a great accessory for any budding gymnast. The price is fantastic for what you get also. I would absolutely reccomend this to anyone looking to improve flexibility and posture.

I love this idea. What a genius way to start or continue stretching. One thing I love about this product is how it is tailored to you. You can choose any setting based on the level you are at. As a contortionist, I definitely get the struggle of finding a good, easy, simple, and safe way to stretch and stay in motion. Have fun, and keep on stretching !!

Very awkward to use almost impossible on your own..

This is an easy to use and easy to set up. I had to use it on my front door because it won't work on the bedroom doors. My 6 year old loves it so she practice her back bends independently. It comes with a bag to fold up so it is compact for storing away when not in use.
