Does the watch fit an 8-inch wrist?

I found a place on my arm that measured 8 inches and put all the original links back in and could not get it to clasp. If the wrist is truly 8 inches, I do not think this watch will fit.

Since many reviews say they love it but hate when the stone falls out, do you have replacement stones available for purchase?

My watch lost a stone and I found matching replacement crystals (10/pkg.) on Amazon that sell/ship for $4 from Beadaholique. Search for "Swarovski Crystal, #4428 Square Fancy Stone 2mm, 10 Pieces, Crystal F". You can use E6000 glue to set the stone.

Band length says "women's standard" - what is exact measurement?
