I was honestly ready to die. The sweats started 2 months ago, and I could not believe that this was what the actual definition of a hot flash was. I ordered this 3 weeks ago, and as of this week this is the first week that I actually forgot that I had hot flashes. I initially was so scared that this wasn't going to work. When the flashes first started, they would hit every hour on the hour without fail. I tried estroven, didn't work at all. 4 weeks on it. Nothing. Then I saw the review for this, on a whim. Figured this is the last hope, before losing my mind and 302ing myself. The first week nothing changed. The second week 50%. This week which is the third week I realized I was sleeping through the night, maybe waking up to use the bathroom, but not the demon hot flashes. I am now turning the heat on and walking around in my usual sweatpants and sweatshirt because I am a person that normally suffers from anemia. All of my life I have always been cold, it didn't matter if it was 110° out I loved the heat because my body never regulated to anything other than cold. So for this to happen it was such a shock to my system. Going from being cold for the last 47 years of your life to switch dramatically to burning ,burning scalding sweaty sweat. I finally am able to wake up after a good 7 hours of sleep, instead of every hour on the hour to throw myself over the fan, open every window, and wait for relief. This stuff really works. I am able to go to the grocery store without looking like a suspect about to rob the store because of all of the sweat streaming from my head to my toes like I had just shoplifted everything in the store. Give this a shot it works. I am so very thankful. UPDATE* I have been taking this since 9/13, today is 12/10. Not one - do you hear?? NOT ONE SINGLE FLASH!! I even forget to take them now., and it also regulated my period which I haven't seen since August. I have gone maybe the most of 2 days, until a flash back of a hot flash pops into my head, and then I feverishly jump up and make a Beeline to the medicine cabinet in fear it may strike again with vengeance. So far, nothing has come to that point, but at least I am able to kind of give my body a break from taking them so excessively, and cut it down to at least once a day. Definitely worth the it and I am so grateful for this product. It WORKS!!

I am a 66 yr old woman and I've been experiencing a lot of hot flashes. When I was going through peri-menopause, I remember taking this daily for the hot flashes and it worked great! I first started out with 1 a day but now I'm up to 3/day. I've noticed a big improvement!! Now I'm not panicking and trying to get my clothes off when I get a hot flash! I just want to let whoever know that is reading this if you have demon hot flashes like I had don't look any further! Just go ahead and add this to your cart because it works! I take two a day and have been taking them since Jan 1, 2026. Just know that it takes about two weeks before it starts really working. I noticed the hot flashes were getting less and less but now the DEMON flashes are GONE. I don't get any now! And no I'm not a paid reviewer if you are wondering. Just pass on this information to another victim of hot flashes....we got to help each other out! 💕

Got these and were excited! Wanted to get rid of these hot flashes. Side note: My hot flashes are so hot I could cut all my hair and go naked with a grass skirt and would care less what anyone thought. Took one of these around 1:40 ish and noticed I was cooling off. I was pleasantly blessed with a breeze all day. My AC was even giving me chills. So around 9 pm my husband said "you're supposed to take 3x's per day" so I took another one. Bay-beee! When I say I was sick as a dog, I was! I was dizzy, feeling like shock- flutters, my stomach was hurting and it felt like I had acid reflux. Now, reading up on black cohosh in my herb book (which I should have did before) this is symptoms of overdose of the herb. The 540 mgs is too much! One capsule a day will work at the right time, but I don't want to send this back. So, I'm lowering my doses, I'm not taking 3 times a day! So, this morning I took a capsule out poured half of the long side out of the capsule and all of the small side ( you'll see which is which if you pull the capsule open) then put it back together and took that dosage. (See pics) This is just enough! I'm feel cool as I write this. But on a real note these are dangerous to take 3 x's a day! My liver was hurting as well. Couldn't sleep ony right side felt puffy. TAKE WITH CAUTION! PLEASE, LADIES! BY THE WAY: Cause weight gain bc it effects the liver's fatty tissue and such.... Thought you should know as well.

I was taking Primal Queen for the hot flashes, but it didn’t seem work all that well (especially for the amount of money I was paying) a friend told me about Cohosh and I thought “why not?” After 2 days of taking 1 pill in the am and 1 pill in the evening it was a GAME CHANGER. Hot flashes are almost 100% gone. I’ve been taking for about 1 month now. I can tell when I forget to take it. So don’t forget.

I have been using this product for 6 days for the purpose of treating hot flashes. On day 5, hot flashes stopped and I didn’t feel anything at all. Night sweating decreased a lot. So far, it is amazing and working for me. Will give an update after few weeks. Thank you

High quality medicinal herb, I actually prefer this to Dong Quai, but I keep both on hand in case I need both. It does similar thing as Dong Quai, but slightly different benefits. I find this is a little more predictable and faster working than Dong Quai, at least for me. I've used this and other herbs, in conjunction with diet, to successfully get hormone imbalances under control. This is useful for women having delayed/absent menstruation due to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and other hormonal problems that cause late periods. Good for starting a late period. Works safely and predictably, I think more so than Dong Quai, but that one is also good. Additionally, this is good for peri-menopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal women suffering hot flashes, etc. It also has some relaxing, mildly sedative properties (doesn't seem to make me sleepy though), and is useful for respiratory ailments as well. Men can try this for respiratory problems. If you think you'll be late due to known hormone probs, start taking it 1-2 weeks before period is due, then stop taking it when bleeding starts, this is for short term use, as needed. (Saw Palmetto is great for daily use if you have PCOS, and can be taken along with this one for that purpose) DO NOT use if you are bleeding between periods, (shatavari is good herb for bleeding between periods/excessive bleeding/progesterone deficiency, not this one) and DO NOT use if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant, because this will trigger miscarriage. If you take medication, have ongoing health issues, see a qualified naturopath, or consult your regular doctor before using this or any other supplement. Herbal medicine IS real medicine, and can sometimes interact unfavorably with allopathic drugs and even other herbs. Also keep in mind that medicine, both herbal and allopathic, is not 1 Size Fits All, so what works great for one person may not work for another.
