Is the dispenser refillable? If so, how easy is it to refill?

Not really. These are the same size as the regular shipping tape, only stronger. I don't think it would even be cost effective. They all come with this dispenser. I say no.

I noticed the description says 27yds which is the size I need to replace, but on the picture of the roll it says 22yds. Which size did you receive?

my order of tape from 2013 was for 1000 inches which equals 27.77 yds. This picture shows 800 inches which equals 22.22 yds. So I would think you should order 1000 inch roll if they still have that size or another brand to get the length you need.
