As per their advertisement they say that VO2max will increase in 4weeks , but it a false , i have been using since 10weeks but till date no positive results has come atleast in my case & pls don’t go for premium subscription its a trapeInstead of buying these kind of product go for traditional breathing exercises that wold more helpful..

My son is a swimmer and needs a lot of lumg capacity and stamina to do well. He always complained about feeling breathless and was not able to swim for longer duration.We did a lung capacity test and found it was below avg. for his age. We came across Airofit and thought of giving it a try.Really happy with our decision, as Airofit provides complete breathing exercise regime as per users requirements and our Son has shown a good improvement within 3 weeks of regular use.I would recommend this product for people who are into sports and overall fitness to improve their lung capacity and stamina.

Didn't buy it from Amazon, but great product hence thought of writing this. Pretty cool features and yes overpriced, but well worth the annual subscription for the training tips inside the app (yes it's not free with the device and that's why I reduced one star).Sit straight while performing the test so u won't salivate as much. Bite over the mouthguard and not over the central protuberance to get proper fit and avoid over salivation.I'm a marathon runner with a timing of 3h 16mins for 42.2km. Will update my progress here when it happens 👍

Product stopped charging in 3 months. Disappointed with the product. But the customer service duly sent over a new product.

I usually like products that are related to health, So I had ordered this from US. I trained with it and parallel to it I also Trained in Yoga, The ancient techniques like anulom Vilom and Bhastrika which are classical breathing exercises in Yoga. To be honest I derived a lot of benefit from using Yoga than this stupid device . I later realized that I actually wanted this because they created a need and forgot that the need can be fulfilled free of cost with the help of classical Yoga. Today, I use yoga a lot and the device is just lying in my drawer. So please listen to me and do not waste your money and train Yoga , these devices are nothing but novelties . Trust me you will thank your lungs when you practice the breathing techniques which are prescribed by Yoga.

It really is a good robust device and works really well with the app. The program is motivating and progress can be tracked. It is easy to clean.One of the unexpected benefits (although documented widely in the literature) is that my blood pressure decreased and remained lower between sessions - I measured by blood pressure during the day - using the device only in the morning and sometimes last thing at night - and the pressure remained lower (within normal range rather than on the high side). Interesting, and confirmed with gp appointment.I feel like it helps my asthma and I have been using an inhaler far less often.Still - none of these comments should be taken as medical advice. Schade - leider muss ich dieses "Airofit Pro Atemtrainingsgerät" zurückgeben, denn die Umsetzung der eigentlich guten "Idee" ist zum Teil nur sehr schlecht. Die angedachte Anwendung war ein regelmäßiges Atemtraining bei leichter COPD-Problematik, um wieder voll mit sportlicher Betätigung einsteigen zu können.Nun, was habe ich zu bekritteln:- Die obere Gerätekappe, in der sich der Ladezugang versteckt ist nur quasi mit Gewalt vom Airofit-Gerät abzubekommen, das ist nicht okay. Ich fürchte, dass ich mittelfristig diese Plastikkappe deswegen versehentlich kaputt mache, und dann stehe ich dumm da. Nach meinen Recherchen bin ich nicht die einzige, die das Problem hat.- Die App stürzt so oft ab, dass es für mich nicht mehr "feierlich" ist. Jedes Mal muss ich dann in die App-Steuerung gehen, und den Prozess stoppen, was mehr als nervt.- Die App ist nur zu Teilen gut gemacht. Es ist alles in englischer Sprache, was mich aber null stört. Problem ist, dass die Anleitungen, was man denn genau machen soll, sehr schlecht oder inexistent ist. Es geht nämlich darum, dass man je nach Übung eine hohe Übereinstimmung mit bestimmten Zielsetzungen erreicht. Bei einigen Übungen ist mir das nach wie vor völlig schleierhaft, wieso ich keine bessere Übereinstimmung erziele, und da finde ich keine Hinweise über die App. Dass ich irgendwelche Blogs durchlesen soll oder den Kundendienst kontaktieren müsste, sehe ich bei dem Preislevel nicht ein.- Bei den Ergebnissen, die man mit dem Lungenfunktionstest erzielt, bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob das alles so hinhaut. Leider ist auch keine inhaltliche Überschneidung mit Werten, die man bei einer ärztlichen LuFu so mitbekommt, erkenntlich.Fazit: Für so viel Geld hatte ich anderes erwartet, werde mich nach etwas anderem umsehen müssen.
