Good Shelves, Easy to assmble
This Amazon Basics 4-Shelf Adjustable Heavy Duty Steel Wire Rack is exactly what heavy-duty storage should be. I needed a reliable shelving unit for my garage that could handle serious weight, and this unit (36" L x 14" W x 54" H, Black) has completely exceeded my expectations. Assembly was a breeze. It took me less than 15 minutes to put together by myself—no tools required other than what's in the box. The slip-sleeve locking system is simple, solid, and holds the shelves incredibly securely. The color is great and so easy to use for storing items in the garage. The real selling point is the strength. This rack is legitimately heavy-duty, and I have it fully loaded with toolboxes, paint cans, and bulk storage. The shelves show no signs of bowing or weakness. The adjustability is also fantastic; I was able to customize the shelf heights easily to accommodate oversized containers. Whether you need reliable organization for a messy kitchen pantry or a crowded garage, this rack is a brilliant, budget-friendly investment that delivers on quality and durability.

Amazing shelves, just be smarter than the thing you are building...
First of all, if you saw some of the bad reviews for this, don't let the lack of intelligence of some of these people sway you from what is a perfectly fine, easy to assemble, easily adjustable and customizable shelf. I didn't even open the instruction manual it was that easy, straightforward, and obvious to build. I couldn't have spent more than 10-15 minutes building it. There are a lot of complaints regarding the plastic clips but I had no issues with them. They are all identical, and the way they are designed it is impossible to orient then incorrectly. They have an arrow indicating which way goes up, and they have a raised line that lines up with the notches on the support posts, and helps them naturally sit in the right place. Tied in with this, you have people complaining about how difficult it is to get the shelves even, which just isn't true. Due to the notches/bumps system, as long as you have kindergarten-1st grade counting skills, it is extremely easy to line up the clips perfectly evenly, resulting in an even shelf. As long as you approach the first shelf one post at a time, and fully seat the shelf on the clip of each post, you should have no trouble with any posts or clips falling out or anything crazy like that; and once you get the bottom shelf on, the rest of the shelves are a lot easier. This unit isn't as crazy difficult as some of these knuckleheads make it out to be. You just have to be smarter than the chunk of metal you are building. As long as your IQ is 2 digits or higher you should have absolutely no issues putting this together, as it requires no tools or prep or skills or anything. As far as the product goes, it does exactly what I thought this type of shelf would/should do. It's all metal so it holds a considerable amount of weight, while it's wireframe design keeps the shelf itself fairly lightweight for it's high capacity load. The clip post shelf design makes it super easy to customize, and makes it highly customizable while maintaining a minimalist and clean aesthetic. It also has the benefits of the different shelving units consisting of more or less the same parts, which means the taller shelving units essentially just double or triple up on the short posts from the smaller/shorter units, but threads them together making them longer. This means that ultimately these can be customized far beyond what you get out of the box, if you were to combine multiple units. This means you could combine units to get taller shelves, or to make them taller, and stretch out wider, or perhaps even have shelf "bridges" between to shelving units etc. Or in my case, you can take the taller wider shelving unit to create two short/wide shelving units, or save the parts for when I get more plants and want to expand my plant shelf higher. The possibilities are endless and simple to implement. Also the wireframe works great in my use case for hanging plant lights, and also doing cable management by weaving them through the wireframe supports. All in all these are extremely versatile shelves that are easy and quick to assemble, and hold plenty of weight for their low profile and relative weight. Makes a perfect addition to any shop/house/plant room/green house etc. Just remember to be smarter than the thing you are building, and don't be afraid to think outside the box with these things.

Who’s the third one that I bought
OK so I absolutely love these and this is the third one I bought and I plan on buying more. First of all it fits so much stuff. So it gets a lot of stuff off of those small shelves that take up so much space. Second of all it’s very strong and very sturdy when you put it together right. My oldest who’s 12 literally destroys all of her furniture I even gave up on buying her bed frames because she manages to break them, she has had one of these shelves for about a year now and it’s still in perfect condition. Oh and then also I can’t get over the price because it’s lasted so long and it’s so sturdy and it fits so much it is my favorite thing for the house because it’s so dang cheap. I wanna get rid of all of my tiny shorter wooden bookshelves and replace it with one of these things. Because it saves so much room. And if you don’t want the huge gaps between the metal things if you put one of those plastic rubber shelf thing that’s on them it works just fine! And then I also forgot to add you can adjust it so if you wanted to use it to put a medium size TV on you could make it so that the shelves are closer together and have a bigger gap so that there’s a kid there is a TV that could fit in the middle. I want one in the playroom I want to in my youngest room and I want to and my oldest rum and I want one in the kitchen. Literally just one of these shelves gets rid of three or four of my other regular size wooden bookshelves because even though the wooden bookshelves look more Homy they just do not fit a lot especially when you have young kids that has a whole bunch of stuff. Or if you live in a small apartment building and you need to save room because you don’t like clutter. Oh and I have another thing to add it’s really easy to put together once you figured it out at first I was really confused and very frustrated but then once I figure it out I was able to put the second two that I bought with no problem together. I literally can’t get over the price I’m sorry. I the people who are saying is not sturdy or just not putting it together enough. It does takeSome arm strength and yes it could be a little frustrating because it’s easy to make it so that the legs are crooked. But I do believe that’s why there is curves all the way at the polls so that you can count how many curves you’re at so that you can make sure that it’s even or you can go old-school and just simply use a measuring tape but I don’t like measuring tapes lol so I just counted up the curves up on the pool so if I was on curve eight with the bottom shelf I would make sure I was on curve eight with the other three corners of that shelf. I noticed they also had a tall tall skinny one that’s very similar to this that I’m thinking of trying out as well. Since I live in an apartment building you cannot put wall shelves that you have to have floor shelves. And it just takes up so much space this is a great space saver

Excellent quality for the price
TL;DR I have no problems recommending Amazon Basics 4-Shelf Adjustable Heavy Duty Steel Wire Rack Storage Shelving Organizer. It is of quality construction, looks great, affordable, and was easy to assemble. PROS + Great quality for the price. Amazon Basics does it again! + The black one looks really good, better in person than in photo on site. + Easy to assemble, instructions are easy to follow. + Extra plastic part included, in case one breaks I guess. But I can't see that ever happening. + Adjustable height for all racks + Not too heavy, easily manageable CONS - Measure your space and check the dimensions; the photo may be inadvertently deceiving, not having a reference. - Too few shelves, I could see one more for my purposes. - For safety, you must anchor it to your wall, drilling holes is necessary. (hardware is included for this, tools are not) - Packaging was beat up from the inside, but contents were fine.

It Works As Expected - Good For the Price - 4 Shelves Version
I've been hunting for a shelf to put my 80 pound CRT TV on, and that is a lot harder to find then you'd imagine, especially for the length and depth of the thing. However I found this thing for cheap, and honestly for the price, you could do a lot worse than this. The shelves are stated to be able to hold 350lbs, so for most everyday uses I can see this working. For my use it works fine. The Shelf itself is very wobbly with nothing on it, however once you put stuff on it the weight more properly distributes and settles, thus becomes a lot more of a shelf. Now even with only the TV on it it feels sturdy and I trust it enough. Empathies on the enough part. It holds the weight fine enough, I don't see any issues. Although with me using apparently 22% of the total load for that shelf I'd hope it didn't bend much. The Depth of this thing is honestly too small. It works for most things, like books, but for my needs it just does not go deep enough. If it was maybe an inch longer at 16-18 inches for depth instead of 14 then it would be perfect for my needs. Otherwise it technically works for my needs but not comfortably enough to where I plan to have it be my main shelf as intended. The shelf is also shorter than I expected, but this is all down to my warps perception of scale. If you need an example of the scale of it, it is a bit shorter than me by about a foot and a half. I am 5'10" Also when I received the item, one of the shelves (of the four included) was damaged out of the box. I can't say I am too angry since I didn't need the fourth shelf, however it is still a major issue. I'm sure I'm one of the few to get one like that however the fact it did happen is a problem. For 60 bucks (about what I got it for) you can do a lot worse for heavy duty shelves. Cheap and Sturdy do not typically mix, however in this case it seems that they have almost struck that balance. I understand these shelves usually all come from generally the same sources, but there needs to be more options for various storage spaces and various needs. It works for most, even works for me, but I will be relegating this to a second storage center as I order a shelf with more depth. I also did not put the wheels on it as I did not need to TV Rolling away from me. But I imagine they work fine, if not only recommended for lighter items. It was quite easy to assemble, almost deceptively so. To be fair, most of these wire shelves all set up in the same method but it was nice that at least the assembly regardless was as easy as expected. Shelves work, server their purpose, just not perfect, and not exactly what I needed. Even with it not being exactly what I needed it still has enough issues to mark off a star.

easy, sturdy, and nearly tools free
A sturdy, industrial-look wire shelving unit. Chances are good you've come across these racks before, but if not: they're popular because they're easy to assemble tools-free, very minimalist, and designed to transfer load into the floor so can hold a lot more weight than you'd expect. This one is very similar to older ones I've used, but the fit & finish is a little better, the directions clearer, and the parts better labeled. Nice smooth finish, no flaws or rough spots. It has self-leveling feet and the tops are smooth cap. Not much to improve here. Very simple assembly. The larger versions would benefit from two people to lower the shelves onto the poles exactly level, but for the size I got (36-inch wide), it's an easy solo job. Just follow the directions and make sure the plastic pieces are seated and not sliding on the legs. No tools are necessary other than a mallet to fully lock down the shelves onto the plastic brackets. Similarly, you'll want a mallet if you want to take them apart. Other thoughts: Like almost all metal shelving, these can be loud if something bangs into a shelf. Dragging the shelving unit through an empty room is a whole lot of noise. There is a pleasing lack of excess packaging (no foam inserts or similar wastefulness). The last step with the mallet is really optional but does ensure you pushed the shelves down all the way on the plastic brackets. Only real drawback is that small items have to go into a bin or box, and items without a smooth bottom won't slide cleanly over the wire shelving. Well made, well-priced, and if it's like the ones I've had before, nearly indestructible. Very useful and thus Highly Recommended.

Heavy Duty, but SUPER easy to assemble!
I LOVE these racks. I got a smaller one for my closet and bought a bigger one for my office. They are super sturdy, the absolute easiest to put together and I'm just so happy I got them.

A Great Addition to a Terribly Small Kitchen
A few years back I moved into an apartment that has very little counter space and pretty much no storage space. I've been using the cupboards, stove, and dining room table for storage the entire time and eventually I got tired of my kitchen looking so messy and cluttered all the time. So, I ordered this shelf. The instructions are really difficult to understand, at least if you're someone who needs to read something to understand it (I attached a photo as an example). Also, one of the poles was ever so slightly crooked, as you can see in the second photo. But I was able to mostly fix it. Despite those things, the shelf was a pretty easy thing to assemble regardless, I was able to put it together by myself in maybe half an hour. It's a great size and it fits my needs perfectly.
