We ordered this to do some small scale prospecting in a nearby stream, it's perfect for that. Everything is small and compact enough to fit in a back pack or a sack and light enough to carry for a hike. The sluice is pretty decent quality, I'd recommend an extension for fine gold, but it works for sure. Couldn't be happier, was packaged well and shipped fast!

Bought this and then bought the Kelsi gold pay dirt, bc I wanted to see gold in the pan before I hit the stream. Recommend BOTH! Great product, the mesh is hard at first to get out but it traps GOLd, which is a plus.

I have to say I was a little hesitant of the quality when I first received it but after using it it’s obvious it works well and the plastic is pretty tough and quality material. I am still new to it but I am seeing little specs of dust at the bottom of the pan. I’ll say this is a good and complete starter kit to learn how to do gold panning.

This kit has a great set of gear for getting started and some items will last throughout your hobby. It does capture gold, and provides a great respect for how rare and difficult it is to find.

Got this today looks good and can't wait to give it a go. Looks well made all parts fit together very nicely holds together well and comes apart easy 😀
