**Q: Can be used with any type of stylus pen?**
A: Yes

**Q: In the title it says "single pack" what does this mean? does it come in a retail package with software, manual etc or is it bulk packaging?**
A: It comes in a box just like the picture shows along with an instruction manual. You will need to download the software.

A: Hi, do you mean if I ship? I don't have option for international shipping. If you buy it in US and you ship, I don't think you'll have to pay since this isn't a new item. It's a used item. Please still check with them before buying. Thanks!

**Q: Purchased ePad Dec 9th, installed, however pen to pad alignment is WAY off.  Is this a driver issue or out of box failure on equipment???**
A: I use these everyday while working with car dealerships. If you have the software installed then go to: Start Menu>Control Panel>ePadInk - USB. From here there is a calibration tool that will align the pad.
