RUST-OLEUM 03101 Exterior Mildew Performance Paint, White

Best, most mildew-resistant white top coat paint on the market! Be sure to also use this same brand of primer. Most folks know it as zinsser, not as rust-oleum.

Excellent coverage.

The paint goes on smooth and it’s easy to clean. Have not seen any mold grow back since I painted and it’s been months since I painted. I used in on my window sills.

I had a section of wood that had gotten some black mildew on it. When I finally got the mildew off, there was some exposed wood, so I got this product to cover it up. I ended up painting the entire column with it (instead of the small spot that the mildew had been). It covered nicely. Yes, I did 2 coats on it to make sure of coverage. However, now looking at the pillar, you can't tell where it had been bare wood (from me removing the mildew) and where the paint had been previously. That was a year ago. It still looks great!

I got the white not clear. It does not do any stain covering. If u are willing to do 5 or 6 times maybe u would like the result.. Not sure why my experience is so bad using this product. I do a lot of painting

Works great just be prepared to use multiple coats not just two.

This is a great product but unfortunately for me my package got damaged in the shipment but they were really great about making it right!

Perfect product and goes on smoothly and covers well. So far no mold and in Louisiana thats a plus!

This is the best outdoor paint we have ever used. Combine it with their primer and you can’t go wrong.
