*edit; ALREADY! Yeah no- absolutely not as pictured! The lids, as mentioned by others, aren't designed the way they're portrayed. Missing from prev reviews is how the lids are different from pictured: pictures show two bends/a double lip along top of the lid, which [would] give it a tight resistance when popped into place. Lids received are just one bend to push into the top of can and a small lip at the rim. I’m testing with water and concluding I'm not confident that thin liquid solvents are secure in this tin. Latex paint is most likely ok; acrylic as well; definitely not worth risking the mess with oil- or alcohol-based liquid. 👎👎 Big ol’ fail with these.I bought the 1/4 pint, and they aren’t quite what I was expecting as far as appearance and shape. From photos, I thought they’d be shorter-and-wide, rather than narrower-and-thin when next to the 1/2 pint and quart containers.My purpose with these is truly function, so aesthetics aren’t important to me. I intend to transfer my wood stains into these as I use up the product or make a mess of their current 1/2 pint cans.Will edit review when I downsize into the little cans, and will share whether they effectively contain oil-based stain products.

Right size for small amounts of liquid or storage. A little bit of a challenge to get lid seated properly. Have not tested ease with opening

Would definitely rate this product five stars but unfortunately the cans got delivered damaged. They were delivered in a mailer bubbled envelope with 2 cans dented. Definitely like the product but would like for them to package in box for safe arrival’s
