WORKS GREAT AND PUMPS FAST
For my purposes, this a very good item for pumping light liquids such as water and a small amount of fuel like from a lawn mower. It really pumps a large amount in a very short time. 2 AA batteries and a push of the switch and the liquid moves very quickly.

It filled my Motorcycle with ease Update
I started reading the negative reviews and noticed the need to add how reliability my pump has been for this past year. After one year of using it every 3 days the pump works perfectly. It shuts of when it is supposed to and pumps perfectly. The gas container sits on the ground... never one problem. Bought a spare in case this one ever dies. In storing this pump I am careful. I let it dry and then put it flat in a storage container. Not once has it ever not worked perfectly. 5 gallon gas container on ground and nozzle in the motorcycle, turn on and immediately it started to fill the tank. Listened just in case it did not auto shut off but it did. No instructions needed. Insert batteries, put one end in container and the nozzle in, and it fills up quickly. The quality look okay, I will store it nicely however the performance is flawless. I am very glad I bought it. If it ever broke I would probably buy another

Product works as advertised
This little pump is pretty decent for the price. the auto shut off is very nice and convenient. I have used this for filling the inboard tank on my boat (less chance of spilling than using a fuel can or gas pump). The product seems to pump pretty quick like it describes and self primes very quickly. It is not the most sturdy little pump, I don't see it lasting forever with how often I use it, but it does work as described. The battery cover does come off pretty often, I'll probably put some electrical tape on it to keep it secured. When the auto shut off turns the pump off it beeps to audibly let you know it's done as well. I think the price is a bit high for the product but convenience is worth it. After i purchased this i happened to see a product pretty much exactly like it at my local walmart. I think it was supertech walmart brand, but it felt even cheaper and did not have an auto off feature. I might try it out to have one down at my deer lease (it was only $10).

Works really well
I've had mine (TRH-A03) for about a month now, and have used it 3 times. I started out with fresh batteries & used the same set all 3 times. On the 3rd time, the unit started beeping and shutting off. So I got 2 new batteries & when I used them, it was fine. So, I only got about 2 uses out of a new set of batteries (pumped approx total of 31 gallons of gas) per set of batteries. I removed the batteries both times & kept them in the house so they were not subjected to the cold of my garage. Other than being a bit of a battery eater, I am very happy with this purchase so far. When filling my vehicles from a 5 gal can, I do put the can on top of a 5 gal cat litter bucket to make the hose reach my vehicle gas filler opening. You do have to be careful that the fill spout on this unit does not pull out of your filler opening on your vehicle. The spout on the pump isn't very long and can easily pop out of the filler opening on your vehicle if you are not careful. I do not leave mine unattended while pumping, just for this reason. It would quickly pour gasoline all over the immediate area if it did accidentally pop out. The auto shutoff feature has worked perfectly each time I have used this pump & my vehicle hit the full point. If this remains a good quality product, I will probably step up to the 110v/12v (model TREP03) model they have with the longer fill spout, and longer hose (98.4 inches), which would address all of my cons of this item.

Perfect!
Ordered TERAPUMP [with AutoStop] 2/10/18 and rec'd 2/13/18 [in Vancouver, WA]. Put batteries in. Put 5-gallon gas container on old bar stool. Inserted pump into container. Placed nozzle in motorcycle gas tank opening. Moved switch to "on" position. Gas started to flow immediately and with almost no sound it continued for about two-minutes until the tank was filled with four-gallons. Clear tubing allows person to observe gas flow. Removed nozzle and pump and wiped/dried with paper towel. Quick, simple and no spill. Perfect for my needs - filling motorcycle gas tank, mower, etc. Great device for "cheap" price. Well worth the money. Highly recommended. Let's see how long it lasts.

Works very well for transferring fuel
Have used this pump to transfer 5 gallon pails of ethanol free fuel into my motorcycles. The auto shut off is very convenient, as is the clip on the dispensing end. This allows for hands free fuel transfer. I also used this pump on E10 fuel for my lawn and snow equipment and it is so easy to use, that it beats pouring out of the spout on the fuel containers. No dripping, or holding the gas can over the tank. The pump just fits into the spout of a VP Fuels five gallon can. I had to put the can on a milk crate so the dispensing hose would reach into a motorcycle as tank. You might need to raise it to pump into a car tank also, but not a big deal. So far, this pump is well worth the price.

Works great for my limited aplication with water.
Update August 2019: Tera Pump TRHA03 stopped working two weeks after the year warranty period. Used only for removal of clean water from swamp cooler pan and patio fountain during summer months, so maybe 4-5 months actual usage pumping maybe 5 gallons a day. Coddled the pump and it still looks brand new but the little motor couldn't turn at enough rpms to lift water and finally just stopped spinning. All other components such as switch still fully functional but dead in the water without a motor, contacted Tera Pump and they have been very responsive allowing me to send in the pump under the warranty but still need to determine if they will honor that as I disassembled it to trouble shoot it but their warranty clause doesn't honor any modifications or tampering with the pumps. I'll update with final outcome. Looking at HFs similar pump that can be had for under eight bucks with coupon, which means I can get 3 HF pumps for the price of this Tera Pump. Really liked this Tera pump but dissapointed in its short life span. Original Review: Bought this based on the number of positive reviews, the smaller size and use of AA batteries and it meets the needs for my application. Using this to remove dirt and sediment build up from ground level side discharge evaporative cooler. Even though I added a purge pump to the evapoative cooler, purging, although a great and useful feature doesn't remove the dirt "pockets" that collect in areas of the pan. I use the TERA PUMP TRHA03 to quickly remove any dirt collections from the cooler pan. If any cooler manufactures happen to read this it may be time to add a sloping pan to coolers so that any dirt will gravitate to the low area of the pan where a purge pump could expel said dirt from the cooler pan along with changing over the water. Evaporative coolers are slowly improving in function but can definitely evolve to a more useful and user friendly appliance. Evaporative cooler Manufactures feel free to contact me as I have a plethora of innovations to bring your product into the 21st century. I also use the TERA PUMP TRHA03 to clean and/or change the water from an outdoor fountain as again little thought was given to the maintenance of the fountain just to the sale of the fountain. Gave 5 stars as it meets my application needs but it does feel a little flimsy and cheap so if it doesn't hold up to these two limited uses I'll be back to let you all know its shortcomings. The auto shut off did function as intended. Overall happy with this product but would be much happier if manufacturers such as swamp cooler or fountain manufacturers would produce complete products so peeps like me wouldn't have to purchase additional items like this Tera pump to make their appliances better functioning.
