This is fantastic, not the tastiest buttt well worth the calming feeling you will feel! Love it.

It tastes good but is not nearly as effective as far as calming effect as their canned drinks. Why they added Magnesium Citrate is beyond me because all it achieves is a laxative effect. If you want to increase your Magnesium intake and electrolytes this is fine. But if you want that chill calming effect, buy the Recess Cans.

I had been having trouble sleeping through the night recently. I ran across this product in little sample sizes in a local health food store and tried it and it worked so well I decided to get a full size bottle. The Amazon price was cheaper so I ordered it here. It’s calming and helps me fall asleep without feeling groggy the next morning.
