Steamer for Clothes, Portable Handheld Garment Fabric Wrinkles Remover, 30-Second Fast Heat-up, Auto-Off, Large Detachable Water Tank

I bought mine in June of 2022 (it’s almost March 2026) and it’s still working great. Heats up quickly. Way better than an iron. Easy to take with me when traveling for weddings or dance shows, or things where I want my outfit to be wrinkle free. My one complaint is the design of the water compartment. It’s impossible for it to dry completely, so you have to leave the water compartment upside down to dry. There’s often water that doesn’t completely evaporate, and there might be mold on the bottom of the ball thing inside the water tank (see photo). Maybe I should put a small amount of rubbing alcohol in it to clean? But I’ve been hesitant to use any cleaners, in case that could damage clothes if any residue was left in the water tank. Since there’s no possible way to clean that part of the water tank or have it completely dry, that’s a flaw in the design. Despite this, I would still definitely recommend it because it’s served me very well over the years.

This little steamer is so nice and convenient. You have a blouse that just needs a quick steam vs pulling out the iron? Got some frills on the blouse that are a nightmare to iron? This little steamer is your perfect solution. It heats up really fast and does a great job at getting what I need done. I've been wanting to try a steamer for years and I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger.

UPDATE #2: The company reached out to me after seeing that my item was defective, and offered to replace it, even though I'd already returned the original through Amazon. I received the replacement a few days ago, but have not had a chance to test it out yet. I am upgrading my review based on the positive customer support, and will update again after I have had a chance to test the replacement. UPDATE: After my original glowing review, I am sadly disappointed. After my first use, it was about two weeks before I used this again (had gone on vacation). I plugged it in and... nothing. Absolutely nothing. It would not heat up or power on in any way whatsoever. I was shocked, so I tried in another outlet, and still nothing. Will be returning! Original Review: This is one of those products that, after using for the first time, I couldn't believe I had waited so long to get. I absolutely detest ironing. It's such a pain to drag out a clunky ironing board, and I'm not very good at it, so all that effort and my clothes still don't look great. So I avoid it, trying my best to grab clothes straight out of the dryer and hang them before they wrinkle. This little handheld steamer is perfect for when I leave laundry in the basket for too long, or just need to touch up a garment. I've just started using it, so I can't speak to durability, but it certainly feels well-made. Here are my pros and (minimal) cons: Pros: *Super easy to operate--pop out the water tank, fill it up, pop it back in, plug it in, then click the power button. Once it heats up, you can press and release the trigger for a burst of steam, hold the trigger down, or lock the trigger for continuous steam (easiest option!) *Heats up FAST! The description said 30 seconds. I timed it, and that was spot on. This is an awesome feature for me, since I will most likely be using this getting ready for work in the morning if I find what I'd like to wear needs a touch up. And I'm always running behind in the mornings! *Gets very hot and knocks out wrinkles! *No issues with leakage of hot water (I was careful to keep the steamer upright and not overfill the water tank). *It's nicely designed and visually pleasing--might not matter to some, but this will sit on my dresser for easy access, so I'd rather have something not too hideous. Cons: *Gets very hot! Ok, this was also a pro, because it's supposed to get hot. But you do need to be aware of where your hands are in relation to the steam, or you'll get scalded. This is true of any good steamer, so it's not really a con, but good safety protocol. But, the top of the handle near the steam head does get pretty warm as well--not enough to burn you, but enough to be uncomfortable after steaming a few garments. You probably won't notice this if you're just steaming one item. But if you've got several garments to do, you might find it more comfortable to use the trigger lock and hold the lower part of the handle. *Because it's handheld steamer, it's heavy than a full size model, where all the water and heating elements would be in a tank on the floor and all you have to hold is the steam head. If you're steaming several garments at once, you're arm is going to wear out. I will mainly use this for a garment or two at a time, and didn't want to invest $100 bucks (and storage space) for a full size steamer, so I'm okay with the extra weight. All in all, I am super happy with it, and the cons are really just the nature of a handheld steamer--trade-offs I am totally willing to make for not having to iron!

I totally love this steamer, it works for everything I need it for plus more, it’s extremely easy to use, very lightweight. Exactly what I was looking for I love it. I would definitely recommend this steam machine, I’m going to have to use it a lot. If by any chance it breaks down, I will get the same exact one that’s how much I love it. Thank you

This Is A PHENOMENAL & Underrated Steamer! It Has Superb Performance and Control and Delivers Steam Quality That Rivals The Dry Cleaners!

The customer service for this Beautural steamer is excellent!! My 1st steamer was defective. It leaked water through the nozzle, & would run out of water very quickly. I had already written a 5 star review on same day I got it, because the first time I used it, I had no problems at all, & I was very happy with it. Then, as I used it more, over the next few days, I kept seeing it leaking water a lot & the problem got worse. I decided to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars, because I genuinely felt the steamer wasn't working as it should at all. I couldn't even get it to steam a seam on regular weight fabric, it just made it all wet. I was pretty upset about it. I had intended on contacting the company about the defective steamer, which I mentioned in my revised review, but within a few hours of my 2 star review, Lydia, who works for Beautural, the steamer company contacted me. Lydia was extremely helpful & kind. She apologized about the defective steamer & she only asked if I could take & send her a picture of the bottom of the steamer, which is where the serial number & other information about the steamer are located. I didn't need to return my defective steamer either. Lydia made sure a brand new steamer was shipped next day to me. I was very impressed with Lydia & this company's customer service, & it was nice for once for a company to want to fix the problem as quickly as possible by contacting me. I've never experienced anything like this on Amazon. I would love for more sellers to stand behind their products, & just want their customers to be happy. The new steamer works great!! I highly recommend this great company & their products. I would definitely buy from them again in the future, & be confident knowing that if I had any problems, they would do whatever was necessary to fix it. Excelente producto, Funciona muy bien. Es muy fácil de usar ya cuando le agarras el truco, el deposito de agua alcanza para planchar 3 playeras seguidas o 2 pantalones de mezclilla. Recomiendo dejar que salga un poco de vapor antes de planchar la ropa, ya que a veces llega a soltar algunas gotas de agua. Lo malo es la jarra del agua, no tiene una medida exacta para dejar el deposito lleno, también recomiendo usar un embudo pequeño para llenar el deposito, ya que no lo puedes dejar parado y el sello aveces estorba al llenar.

Mein Paket kam direkt aus China gesandt - nur mit Chinesische Bedienungsanleitung und ohne schweizer Stecker!!! Ich habe bis heute es nicht in Betrieb nehmen können obwohl ich im Internet die Firma Webseite gesucht habe und gehofft dort eine zumindest Englische Bedienungsanleitung runter landen zu können. Auf ein schon 2x gesandtes Email an die Firma ist auch keine Reaktion gekommen.
